[Present Time]

Karina has to keep herself together.

She didn't know going to the Oscars with two kids would be this stressful.

Scratch that, she very much did.

The raven has one child in her arms while her makeup is being down, consoling Minah in her arms after she slows down her crying. Her wife is doing the same with Jiwon, as they are both cranky from being up on their feet all day, which they are probably not used to.

It's just today that has to be a little rough but after that, they'll be able to sleep in and explore LA later on. After the Oscars, of course.

Karina and Minjeong were invited in support for both of their films breaking out internationally again. It's hard to believe sometimes just how popular they both are in the acting industry and how it just seems like their careers keep rising and blossoming each year.

The raven remains proud of how far her wife has come, from being a hardworking charming young 19 year old she was crushing on to an even more hardworking, charming and beautiful woman who has solidified her place in the industry as a naturally talented actress. It feels like yesterday that they were just briefly reading the scripts to Warming Hearts, sending shy glances to eachother and watching cheeks rise in color.

Jimin's proud of how far she's come herself, growing in confidence and working her butt off to live the successful life she lives now. It was hard the first few years but the things she's learnt and experienced, the fun she's had throughout the way, makes her think it was all worth it.

She'd go through everything again if it meant she'd get to be with Minjeong in another life.

With time, Minah calms down, her sobs lowering in volume. The dark haired actress breathes out in relief when her daughter nestles into her body more, her small hand clutching onto her shirt. Karina carefully strokes her hair, lifting her head to see how her son is doing.

Minjeong's hair this time around has lightened up to a color Karina quite likes as it's a different approach to the multiples of color Minjeong has done over the past few years. A dusty blonde, brown? Hazelnut? She isn't sure what color it is but it doesn't make her love Minjeong any less. Plus with extensions added to her highly adored short hair, it makes her wife look absolutely mesmerizing.

Through the mirror, Karina can see the buzzing energy running through her wife. She knows Minjeong has been waiting for this moment, knowing that they won't have to hide anymore. They can love eachother freely.

Her mind then traces to the interview. The final part of it will be done during the Oscars, showcasing the current part of her life. It's unbelievable to see how far she's come, how much she's grown as a person and how many people she's met on her journey.

Not that she's scared that the long interview experience is coming to an end. She thinks that when she's a bit older, she'll look back at it and smile proudly at her work.

"What's got your beautiful mind in a tangle, my love?" Minjeong's gentle voice catches her attention, putting a pause on her rocking she was doing to calm her daughter down.

The dark haired actress leans back in her seat, the hairstylist taking her turn in perfecting Karina's look. "Nothing. Just life and all." She looks down at Minah fondly and lets out a sigh of relief.

Next to her, she hears Minjeong hum quietly, knows she has more to say. "Yeah, sometimes it doesn't feel real, doesn't it?" The hazel blonde smiles at her, making the older laugh and nod in agreement.

Everything she's experienced, she's grateful for as they all have led her to this moment. The people in her life were all important figures that have pushed her to be the very person she is now. She remembers, promising to cherish these memories and hold them very close to her heart.
