Purple.
Royal. Regal.
Color of kings and queens,
Of riches.
Of grapes, pressed into wine
To fuel the Bacchanalian revelries of a better time.
Final color of the rainbow,
Beautiful and bright,
Of wildflowers dotting fields among the green grass.
A color of beauty,
Of respect,
Of prosperity.
