"You know in some ways you remind me of Skylar."

"Always so quick to have a comeback, always allowing her tempter to get the best of her."

"I hate to say it but you have her beat, if what Marcus said about Dexter's face is true." Luciano smirks impressed and pleased. From his constant mention of it I could tell that he couldn't stand Dexter's ass either.

Join the list it seems to be pretty long.

"Do I need to know who this Skylar is?" Marcus asks confused.

That's right. Marcus didn't know that Luciano and I were supposedly kin, not by blood of course. I wonder why he didn't tell him about Skylar, seeing she was his ultimate reason for revenge in the first place.

The look Luciano threw my way told me not to disclose it either and who was I to mention anything when I just had a gun pointed at my forehead only minutes ago? I was impulsive sometimes sure, but not completely and utterly stupid.

"None of your concern." Luciano replies immediately ending Marcus's curiosity. The sight was pathetic if you had to ask me.

This was the big shot lawyer that I called myself trying to fall in love with being belittled to some criminals side bitch.

Dexter would never

"Anyway back to business, I'm sorry for the deceit but after seeing your hesitation we had to roll out the second plan."

"However from the night I'm hearing you had, I can see that it was a mistake on my part." Luciano laughs.

"You must be out of— His brows went to furrow but I stopped myself in time.

Evidently he thought because of what Marcus said about Dexter and I's fight that I was on his side.

Poker face it Havana, what's wrong with a little more lying? "You must be out of your mind to think I would want anything else to do with them." I muster up the look of disgust. Knowing that deep down that all of the emotions weren't fake.

My family was a group of murderers, there's no telling what else they got up too.

"I apologize for getting upset earlier but can you fucking blame me?"

"If we're going to do this I would like some respect, considering I'm on your side."

If there were any doubts in Luciano's head my words surly coaxed them.

He leaned back in his chair contemplating but not for long, after a few moments of silence he finally nodded. "Of course but keep in mind."

He sat up in his chair, staring straight into my eyes.

"I run this Havana, you may give orders on your little job but here there's a hierarchy. And I sit right at the mother fucking top."

"If I even catch a whiff of your betrayal I'll kill everyone you hold dearly."

"Lisa could just be the start." He shrugged. I shot a twisted look at Marcus who only stared back in retaliation.
