Luna's POV

"Damn it." Motak cursed as he paced.

I furrowed my brows, playing my fingers and sighed for the fourth time

When we receive the news that the China Counter Team were eliminated in just one night. I feel bad and devastated for them.

Another family that I've lost again. I sighed and lowered mg head.

"Those scoundrels." Motak sat and lowered his head

"I can't believe this " Ms chu said. "Papa and Ms. So. . . I still vividly remember their kind faces."

I looked over at Ms Chu and a shed of tears are forming in her eyes.

"I keep losing friends. I guess, I'm getting old now." Ms. Chu added.

"What's very unfortunate is he evil spirits now have the Counters' powers." Wigen said which made us confused.

Mun asked, "They have the Counters' powers?"

"If a level three evil spirit absorbs a Counter's so it absorbs the Ciunter's powers too." Suho explained and we gasped. That made me worried.

Now I feel scary of death, not for myself but to my family.

"Wait does that mean they've become like us now? They can read and erase memories and heal people?" Ms chu questioned and Suho nodded.

"Those damn evil spirits. Have we located them yet?" Motak asked his partner, Giran.

"Not yet." She answered.

"Jeez." Motak sighed. "What about our counter? We need a new counter to deal with a situation like this."

I nodded and looked at them.

"Jongguk is preparing for the interview. Please wait a bit longer." Giran calmly explained.

"You always say that!" Motak shouted as I flinched.

I sighed. Again.

"In any case, it'll be a battle unlike anything before." Hana commented.

I turned to my boyfriend. He was lost in his thoughts again.

I placed my hand over his as I saw his head moved.

I feel like he remembered something. I saw his thoughts in seconds about what Ji Cheongsin told my boyfriend before he was thrown away in hell.
