YECHAN POV

"Did you accepted" I hit my dad's table.

"Watch your manner" He didn't answer nor look at me. His eyes still on the paper he hold.

"Did you really gonna put Yeo Eun as your next line?" I raised my voice

"His the only qualified candidate, he still share the same bloodline as me" How come he this calm and expressionless telling a bad news.

"Why did you take that stupid advice while your son alive and more qualified than your nephew" He now look up from his seat.

"What make you better?"

"What make him better? He also didn't have mate" I glare at him.

"He used to have one. If his mate didn't die when she gave birth to their son, i might already make him my heir" He still stare at me calmly.

"But still, his situation didn't get any better than mine"

"He almost have a baby, mean he can have a kid, and what about you?"

"So as long as i have a kid, you will get him out of the list right?" He frowning at me.

"Don't take it easily. You're old enough to start act matured, think serious about your future. But what you did except playing around at night?"

"You never protest about it before, why you suddenly so care about it?"

"Because, it was the caused i need to inheriting my pack to my nephew. Because all you care about is yourself and those girls that i can't even depend you in front of our elders" He get up from his chair to glare at me.

"Then tell those old man, prepared themselves to live in shumble when i lead this pack" I turn around, walk out from his office. Ignoring him who keep tell me to come back.

I still don't get it how they even think about put someone from another pack as a candidate. If only the damn mate of mine show up, or one of those dumb girls successfully pregnant, there's no need for me te get into this stupid situation. My fate is to be the leader of this biggest and strongest pack, and i will fight everyone for it.

"Where are you from? I'm looking for you since forever" Mom show up from her room.

"Main building" I answered her, throw myself against the sofa.

"Come with me" I look up.

"Where?"

"Don't ask, get up!" she pull my hand. I have no more energy to fight her, i need to breathe a fresh night air.

"Aren't it was the same"

"No it's different black, the one before more shiny"

"Then pick this one, that old man didn't look good in shiny suit" I take my phone and began to scroll it, after talking with the server mom sit beside me.

"Try to understand your dad, his not in the easy position. He can't abandoned his pack just to depend his son" she hold my hand. I look at her.

"Then arranged me and South alpha's daughter"

"That not how it work about mate son"

"People said my mate probably died and she also cut ties with her mate"

"If you act carelessly, things only get worst. If it didn't worked, than you just gonna created a conflict between packs" I sigh. Lean my back against the sofa.
