"What if I told you the moon landing was fake?" Morgan joked, leaning back in his chair, sticking his legs on the desk. Reid scowled slightly back at him.
"Oh, and I'm a flat earther. What about that?" I add jokingly. We were currently teasing Reid about the veiws on physics and science because he was trying to pull us into a lesson. Our way of dealing with boredom was making a joke out of it. It's been two weeks since we've been called into an actual case. Not including the time a woman practically dragged us to her house because she thought someone kept murdering her cats.
"There's multiple scientific evidence to prove you wrong. You're hurting me," Reid mocked back. I lent back in my chair and pinged my hairband in his direction, hitting his chest. He shot me a look causing me to laugh, before flicking it back at me. I dodged the throw and picked it off the floor, aiming at Morgan.
"I was the best athlete back in college, don't go there," he warned, readying himself to duck. I laugh and shake my head, putting it back on my wrist.
"You never fail to brag, do you Morgan," I say.
"Don't hate me because I'm perfect, sweetheart," he whispers in my ear as he passes my desk. I roll my eyes and turn to Reid, who raised an eyebrow at this.
"Guys," JJ appears at the door. "We're going to Michigan."
"Yeah, figured it was about time," Morgan huffs, picking some bits off his desk, before we all followed JJ to the office.
"We'll debrief on the plane, everyone grab your go-bag."
