The next morning Fatima was awaken by a call from
Andi just to let her know she was discharged from the hospital and was feeling much better than she was last night. Andi let her know that Robin stayed the entire night and was taking her home, she couldn't really say too much of anything else because she was in the care with him.
Once Fatima got off the phone with her, she realized what time it was and threw her legs off the side of the bed to get up. Already running an hour behind schedule, she brushed her teeth and washed her face before she rushed to Mason's room where she knew Zac moved him when he woke up.
"Good morning Mas-" she stopped in her tracks realizing he wasn't where she expected. Walking out of his room and into the hallway.
"Mason" she sang
"Christina!"Zac says walked up the stairs
"Where's Mase" Fatima as while he planted on the top step.
"Christina's gone" he said says as she sucks her teeth as his morning corny. "Good morning" he says
"Good Morning" she responded
"I dropped him off already" he says kissing her forehead and walking into their bedroom. She dropped her shoulders.
"No morning kisses for mommy" she pouted as she followed.
"He did give you a kiss, you were out cold" Zac says as he sits on the edge of the bed
"I won't say I'm exhausted" she said and thought for a moment.
"I will say that I am very tired but the show goes on. Shit!" She let out
"I was suppose to pick up my order from the mall and thus try to get to the passport center before it's crowded to get Mia's passport renewed. Then get back to the office for my eleven o'clock meeting." She says looking at the calendar in her phone.
"I can go get the order from the mall while you get ready for the day" Zac said
"No, I'll get Cody to go get it. Don't worry" Fatima says "What does your day look like?" She asked him
"I'm free until twelve, I can go get the order on my way into the office Fatima" he tells her
"Oh I didn't realize. I didn't want to add something to you- Shit" she lets out in frustration
" I completely forgot Messiah was suppose to stay home so he could to the dentist today" she says as she shook her head at how just an extra hour of sleep changed everything for the day.
"Since when?" Zac asked as he reached for his phone to check his calendar.
"I made him an appointment a week ago because he won't stop bothering me about these braces" Fatima says
"Why can't I see that on my end? If I would've known that I could've taken him." He asked. They typically used a shared calendar and had been for many years.
"I don't know maybe I just put it on mine. I have to call back and reschedule" she says aloud but it was her making a note for herself.
"And passport tomorrow" she adds tapping trying to figure out a good time. "Okay. Got it" she says to herself as she moves around some things in her calendar. Zac just watched. She woke up on go.
"Is there anything you need my help with today? Anything you need me to do?" He asked and she looked up at him.
"No, no I think everything else is fine for the most part." Fatima says
"Are you sure?" He asked again. He had some thoughts in his head but didn't want to speak them
"Yes" she confirms.
