Damon was struggling to keep his eyes closed.  He had awoken in the middle of the night from a bad dream, he had no real memory of it aside from the general anxiety thinking about Harrier brought him.  He wasn't afraid of him per-se, but now that Esther was in the picture he felt there were much more real and tangible stakes to every sour interaction they would have.  There was also the thought of how his father had effectively disowned him.  Damon didn't care that his father didn't want anything to do with him anymore, but it upset him that Esther was effectively the reason.  He felt it was no great trouble if he dated another man, he couldn't understand why his father was so perturbed by it.  It wasn't any of his business what he did with whoever he chose to be with.  His hand gently strokes Esther's head, the sleeping model still laying in the same position with his head on Damon's chest.  The artist's eyes were slowly starting to close on their own again, the gentle touch of Esther being enough to soothe him and let his worries escape him for just long enough to help him fall asleep again.  "Mmh.." Esther lets out a little murmur as he snuggles tighter against Damon, his hand tightening around his shoulder.  He had to be dreaming something.  Damon feels Esther's legs wrap themselves around his, the little whimpers coming from him sounding more anxious and scared as he held Damon close.  He must have been having a nightmare.  "Hey, hey.." Damon softly whispers as he continues to stroke Esther's hair, his free hand touching the hand Esther had on his shoulder.  "If you were a fish.. what kind of.. fish would you be.." Esther sleepily groans out, catching Damon off guard.  He can't resist letting out a laugh in relief, happy that Esther wasn't having a nightmare at the very least.  As he laughs his chest jostled up and down just enough to wake Esther up, he raises his head up a little and looks at Damon with his eyes almost fully closed, looking annoyed.  Damon pulls Esther back in for a hug, cuddling up to him and pulling the covers back over the two of them.  "I would be a salmon, I think." Damon answers with a slight chuckle, Esther nodding into his shoulder.  It doesn't take very long for the pair to fall asleep again.

A sudden ringing jolts Esther awake with a loud gasp, Damon rising alongside him in a slight panic before realizing that it was his alarm clock that had woken them up.  Esther let out a heavy and relieved sigh as he placed a hand on his chest.  "Sorry, sorry..!  I didn't know there was a.." Esther tried explaining, Damon just chuckling to himself at how adorable his bedfellow was.  "You have your alarm set for nine?" Esther asks as he tosses himself back into the bed by Damon's side.  "On weekends.  I get up earlier on business days." Damon fibbed, not wanting Esther to think he slept in every single day.  "I normally get up at six.  I have to do chores around Harrier's mansion, you know." Esther says as he pulls the covers back over himself.  "How much sleep do you normally get then?  Never mind, you can sleep in as long as you like here." Damon assured Esther as he hoisted himself up to sit, stretching his arms.  As good as the sleep had been he felt incredibly stiff.  "I don't want to sleep in.  You promised me breakfast." Esther said as he got comfortable in the bed.  "I did promise you that, didn't I.  Come along then, we can have some coffee while I cook." Damon said as he got himself out of bed, finishing his stretches.  "Mon dieu, I'm still wearing the dress from last night." Esther blushed as he realized how haphazardly they had both gone to sleep, Damon was still wearing his three-piece suit sans jacket.  "Let's get into something more comfortable." Damon suggests as he fully undoes his tie, starting to take his pants off before realizing he was in the presence of someone else and stops abruptly, which causes Esther to giggle as he notices the slip up.  "I'll go into the bathroom, okay?" he said as he ambled out of bed, bringing his hand around to unzip the dress down and holding it up to his chest so it wouldn't sag down.  "Right, right." Damon cleared his throat, he was trying to keep himself focused and not get too flushed.  As Esther enters the bathroom Damon quickly changes into corduroy pants and removes his vest, leaving his white shirt.  He finds the ascot Esther had left for him in the front pocket of his jacket, quickly tying it around his neck in a loose fashion.
