I told you.

"I told you."

You haven't seen Alastor downstairs in a few days.
Actually, you haven't seen Alastor at all since the little encounter downstairs that one day when he stole your wine.

It's not like you enjoyed seeing him, you're still mad and have every right to be.

Charlie asks if you've seen him and then eventually everyone in the hotel asks you the same question.

God, have they not noticed that we aren't exactly besties....

"Where could that monster be..."

"I'll go ahead and assume I'm the monster."

You nearly jump out of your towel.

You've just gotten out of the shower and have nothing on but a giant towel that is wrapped around your whole body while you were brushing your hair.

"What is that."

You already know what he's referring to.
The hairbrush, that is stuck in your hair due to a giant knot you couldn't get out.

"None of your business. Get out of my room!"

He makes his way over to you and stands behind you as you watch him through the mirror.
"What a messy girl you are, Dear."

"I don't take criticism from serial killers."

"Fair enough."

His hands land on the handle of the hairbrush as he gently pulls it out of your dark brown curls.

You never could've expected the radio demon to be so...gentle. Especially when he had the opportunity to pull your hair or something.

I thought we were mad at each other?

"I told you. I told you we'd cross paths again, My Dear. One could call it fate."

"You invaded my privacy by teleporting into my bedroom. I wouldn't call that fate."

y/n... how she loves to argue.
Alastor's grin stretches a bit as he listens to your snarky little replies to what he says.

The way her eyes are still breathtaking even when she narrows them when looking in the radio demon's direction...

A person of power that she looks down on now...

You wave a hand in front of his face and finally he snaps out of it.
He grabs your wrist and asks what you're doing.

As if he doesn't know he just zoned out on me completely....

"Trying to get your attention."

"You're not the first female to want my attention, and certainly won't be the last."

This cocky little....

"You know what I meant. Anyway, are you just gonna steal my hairbrush and leave?"

He stares at the brush in his hand and then looks down at the back of your head, seeing the knotted mess.

"Would you care for some assistance?"

"I wouldn't be opposed to it."

He grins and gently starts brushing the knots out of your hair, slowly so that he doesn't accidentally hurt you and ruin this moment.

It's almost like it's just the two of us here right now, it's nice.

I'm glad she's allowing me to help her, I've seen how stubborn she can be.
