New classmates, old friends, present love

"So, Ken comes to our school today," Valt thought out loud, "Seems like Shu better practice a confession."

Shu blushed, he knew it was a bad idea telling his brothers his crush but then again. They were still bound to find out.

"Gabe's coming too," Lui's face went red, "That's right..." Shu turned his head to Lui making sure he dragged the 'right', "Maybe YOU should practice your confession."

"Don't use my own words against me!" Lui complained. Free watched his siblings looking down at his hands which rested on his lap. Shu looked at him, his confession yesterday...

"...I think I wanna break up with Silas..."

After last night Free hadn't talked much, even at breakfast he didn't talk while Lui and Valt did most of it.

"Well, seems you all have tons of things to do today," Chiharu said being in the front as she drove them, "Oh, and tell me Free, how's things with Silas going? You haven't called him a while."

The quads grimaced as they looked at Free who seemed to avoid eye contact.

"It's...okay."

"Well, we're here," Chiharu said as she pulled over, Shu opening the door as everyone got out from his side, "Oh and Free," The blonde looked up as his mother turned back to look at him, "It's normal to be nervous in relationships, okay?"

"How did-" Chiharu smiled, "Mom senses?"

"Good you know now go to school, come on," Free nodded and got out of the car. He slung his bag over his shoulder a walked to the school following his brothers in. Once in class they sat on their seats all waiting for the new students to come.

"I can't wait!" Valt said as he sat in his chair nearly falling over but thanks to Shu who pushed him back up he didn't, "Come on, let's try and make this a bit normal at least."

"Was that a question or a joke?" Shu rolled his eyes at Lui's comment as he sat down on the chair, "You know Ken can get a bit nervous sometimes, I just don't want him to feel overwhelmed."

"He's known us since we were kids, how could we make him feel any weirder schooling with us," Shu sighed, "Come on Lui," Valt winked, "Shu's got a little crush to protect."

"Shut up!" Shu said as he punched Valt in the arm with a slight pout, "This is why I never told you."

"Well, that was your mistake," Lui added, "Oh shut up mister 'my crush is Gabe'" Shu shot back, "Hey! At least he doesn't stammer every chance he gets!"

"Oh please! Not like Gabe's any better, he looks like a body builder but let's be honest, he wouldn't hurt a fly!" The two started glaring, their glares clashing like lightning in between them. Free watched and looked at his phone, Silas texted him earlier today, he was just looking for the confidence to respond.
