"Hey... Free's birthday's coming up," Lui mentioned as he aimed a fork of spaghetti at Shu bending the fork back he launched it, Shu however seeming to bring out another fork from nowhere and caught it putting it into his mouth, "Yeah, it's about time he picked his cake," Lui's face fell flat as Chiharu turned to her blond child, "So, what will it be?" Free looked down, his eyes on his spaghetti.
"Didn't you and Silas always choose them together?" Everyone froze, Nika whacked Valt at the back of his head as the bluenette turned to his sister rubbing it slightly, "What was that for?"
"For being dumb you idiot!" Valt slumped as Nika turned to Free, "He didn't mean it as a way to upset you Free, he just requires fifty more brain cells."
"Hey!" Valt complained, "Make that fifty-one," Lui added earning a glare from Valt, "No, it's okay," Free stared backed down at his food as he poked it with his fork, "Maybe I'll just get a number cake or something..." He let his voice trail off as everyone sat in quiet for a few minutes, suddenly. A fork of spaghetti landed on Shu's face followed by a yes from Lui.
"Oh you son of a-"

"Hey, I heard Free's having it hard after his break up with Silas," Shu looked at Ken as they walked through the hallway, he looked up eyes narrowing as he did, "It wasn't his fault, he just didn't feel like his heart was in the right place," Ken looked at Shu for a bit, before looking forward once more, "I get it, Daigo wasn't the easiest person to break up with either," Shu looked at Ken, finally, his eyes darted downwards and he looked at his shoes, "Class should be starting soon."
"Mm..." Shu hummed, "We should get going," Ken looked at Shu, "Yeah...we should."

"Guys, I have a confession to make."
"To Ken?" Lui said, as a joke but...
"Yes. I've decided it's about time I confessed to him."
"Yes!" Valt cheered, "I have been waiting for this moment for ages," Lui smiled, "I hope you don't screw this up," Free remained quiet, "Are you sure you want this Shu?" The other two's jubilation got cut short by Free's question, "Because if you don't...then don't make a mistake. He's already gone through a break up once...and you certainly don't want to be the dick who breaks it," Shu looked down briefly before looking go again, "Well, if it means being with the boy of my dreams, it's worth the risk, right?" Free's mouth hung open for a few seconds before he closed it and smiled warmly as his brother, "Mm..."
"Alright! Time to call 'you know who' to set it up," Shu looked at Valt suddenly, "Wait! No, he'll just ruin it!" Shu panicked, "Sorry Shu but he's the reason me and Silas started dating, call him," Valt dialled the number and Shu's face fell flat, "Yeah, Zac? We have another."
///
"Alright! As we know, Shu is horrible at confessing but it isn't because he has absolutely seriously confidence, frankly, his face looks better than mine so I don't see any reason to not be confident," She touched his face obviously surprised by the compliment coming from Zac, "The problem is you people ruin confessions so easily."
"What do you mean?" Zac coughed, "If you remember the Rantaro and Wakiya incident."
"Okay, A. Well all knew what would happen if Valt got the cupcake sigh alcohol in it and B. He was drunk. How was he supposed to know he was shouting so loud?"
"I can't even remember what happened after I said Ra," Valt said, "Well, that isn't the only one of somebody here can remember the Aiger and Hikaru incident," Everyone looked at Lui, "Okay, in my defence, I had known for a year, I was pissed, sure I probably shouldn't have shouted 'confess already' when we were playing Truth or Dare that one Halloween and maybe when Hikaru asked what I shouldn't have said 'He likes you' but it all worked in the end...right?"
