Chapter 14: Snow Day

We decided the day after Christmas we would have a snow day. We're all outside on a hill covered in snow. We brought out sleds and supplies to make snow men. It was only -12*C but I was still freezing balls. I was being laughed at but I didn't care.

   I jumped on a sled and slid down the the hill screaming the whole way. When I crashed into a pile of snow I was dying of laughter. My friends eventually slid down and we all laughed together. The guys were just standing at the top of the hill looking at us.

   "CHICKENS!" I screamed at them. Noah and James jumped onto their sleds and slid down. Aiden still stood at the top.

  "C'mon Aiden! You're the last one!" Rebecca yelled at him.

  "No shit" Taya said. I smacked her hand and stood up. I grabbed my sled and started climbing back up the hill. The others soon followed suit. We all got up to the top and counted to three. On three we all jumped on our sleds and went down the hill. Even Aiden.

   We sled down the hill for a couple more hours and decided to start building our snowmen. Our teams were who we shared rooms with. Not that I was complaining. I was going to get Noah back for putting flower in my hair.

We had an hour to make the biggest snowman we could. Noah worked on the base while I worked on the middle. We rolled our balls around for a while until they were both super big. Noah did the head while I put buttons and the arms on our snowman. Noah soon finished and I shoved the carrot in the middle of the head. Noah put the hat and scarf on while I put the eyes and mouth on. Noah was struggling getting the scarf to stay. This was my perfect chance.

I grabbed a bit of snow and threw it at his head. I hit him square on. He finished putting the scarf on and ran at me. He grabbed me and jumped into a giant snow pile. Hr dragged me out with him and sprinkled some more snow in my hair. My friends were laughing at me and I glared at them. I made a snow ball and threw it at Farryn. I missed but she gathered the rest of the girls as they made a plan. I ran up and chucked snow at them. They chased me around and threw snow at me. The guys were dying laughing so I threw snow at them. Now we had a full fledged snow ball fight.

   After a few hours we decided to call it quits and head back inside. I did get a few snowballs to the face but I made sure whoever got me I got my revenge. We hung our jackets up in the entry way and headed up to our rooms.

  I told Noah to shower first because I wanted to sit after running around all day.After we both finished showering we went tot he dining room for supper. Today it was pizza. I fucking love pizza. I can't remember how many pieces I ate but it was a lot.

   After supper Noah and I decided to watch a movie in our room before bed. I told him to pick one because I knew I was going to fall asleep anyways. And I was right about 15 minutes into the movie I fell asleep.
