As the morning broke, Brains woke up... next to the Mechanic....in bed...
Not remembering what exactly happened, he got up and dressed and went to the kitchen to make breakfast.
After making some toast, Brains went to the lab only to find one hell of a mess, with one of the tool boxes with it's content scattered around on the floor. As Brains cleaned up the tools, he heard footsteps behind him. He turned around to see the Mechanic
Mechanic: Sleep well?
Brains: Y- yes, thank you.
Brains smiled nervously
Mechanic: You must have been tired.
The mechanic smirked
Brains: Yes, long d- day.
Mechanic: sure, "Long day".
Brains: mhmm.
Mechanic: Oh come on, you enjoyed it.
Brains: ...
Mechanic: Come on, Astroboy~
Brains blushed at the nickname the Mechanic gave him. He'd be lying if he said he didn't enjoy last night.
Mechanic: Oh? You like that name do you ~?
Brains: I g- guess.
Mechanic: Good to know. So, are we dating or are we 'Friends with benefits'?
Brains: I suppose we're d- dating.
Mechanic: alright then. You need a hand clearing this up, Astroboy?
Brains: Yes p- please.
They picked up the tools and things that had been knocked over, also giving the lab a once over making sure everything was working and in place.
