I had infiltrated their vault and walked through the large open room, unguarded which was odd but I suppose they think nobody will be able to enter here. There are many things here, strange artifacts, Ahamkara bones, piece of once larger thing. I look around for the main reason why I am here, for that mans quest. And I see it, floating there, encased within a thick glass box and breaking it would certainly trigger an alarm so I need to think of a way to get it without triggering the alarms but if there isn't, then I will have to be quick about it. I look around, trying to find a panel, looking through the many screens to see if any of them disables the alarm until I do come across one of them. I hack it and turn it off, and lift up the box and grab said artifact. But I don't plan on leaving without getting something for myself and so, I look around. I grab a couple bones and some Hive artifacts that we will need to study to figure out what they are used for. I put a couple rocks in their stead just in case there are weight measuring devices there that could set of an alarm. Put everything as it was and turn on the alarms and head for the exit. I navigate the massive wall, jumping from one opening, shaft, vent to another. If I didn't have my modifications I wouldn't have been able to do it that is for sure. I stop for a second, to take in the sight that laid before me. The massive city stretching out before my eyes, surrounded and protected by large concrete walls. Cabal, Fallen and Human ships float above the sky, cargo ships transporting cargo from place to place, the Traveler had risen up above into the atmosphere and if it were here, I wouldn't be able to enjoy such magnificence. I adore humanity for being able to hold out for so long, why weren't we able to do it. The Traveler stayed with them and abandoned every other species and I can see why. They are such fascinating creatures, complex and confusing. They do not follow any logic, they live and follow only their morals and way of life which is commendable.

I continued on until I reached the Drifters location, a small area, beneath the main hub, a couple Eliksni here and there, thankfully no sign of Guardians and I enter his room, dark and secluded and he stands there, with a grin on his upon seeing me enter. I hand him over the thing he wanted and he promised me that he would uphold his part of the deal. He did not question the contents of the bag on my back, he knew that I would 'borrow' some things. I call in my ship and fly off, the city disappearing behind me as I head back home. I hope that Guardian, Dominic I think was his name, hasn't caused any trouble. As I arrive home, there doesn't seem any sings of trouble which is good and in the hangar I land, I see Titzer standing there, I can see that he has something to say to me. I approach him, he lets out a chuckle.

Titzer: You are in trouble Faklis, Her Majesty wasn't pleased with you leaving like that. She threw a temper tantrum.

Faklis: I expected. Tell me, what about that Guardian?

Titzer: Oh, Dominic, well, after she calmed down she had a long chat with him and he tasked with, as a test of course, bringing her a untamed war beast child for her.

Faklis: Hmmm, a rather trivial test. I wonder why she gave him such a unchallenging test. I guess I better go and greet her.

Titzer: You do that and I will plan either a burial for you. Good luck.

I nod and head towards the main hall where her throne is. I see Kha'aulk talking with the guards, teaching and training them. I open up the large doors leading into the throne room, she sits at the throne. Arms and legs crossed, her face is stern and shows anger. Her eyes able to freeze boiling water in a second. I carefully approach and kneel down, awaiting for the onslaught that is to come.

Lezia: So? Anything you want to say to me?

Faklis: Forgive me Your Majesty, I should have informed you personally that I would be heading out again.

Lezia: You are damn right you should have. Not only do you leave me with a stranger of a Guardian at that, but you also don't seem to care for me.

Faklis: That is not true Your Majesty! I do care.
