Okay, so first, good news bad news… Some of you have probably already seen them. Good Omens 3 is confirmed, but as a 90 minutes film. Technically this news closes the contest I’m in, but I don’t care. I’m disappointed we’re only getting a movie, but I'm glad we’re still getting something, at least.

Keep showing the love, everyone. To our world.

Context: Supernatural AU. Don't worry, everything will be explained. Aziraphale is a Hunter and Crowley's... Well, another Crowley because otherwise it would be weird.

Aziraphale turned in the bed to face the redhead lying next to him. He smiled fondly at his sleeping face, tucking away the little hairs on his forehead and in his eyes. He got up in silence and put on clothes before leaving the hotel room, after having put a note on the bedside table saying he’d be out for a few days. Aziraphale hated to do that, but unfortunately, he had to. It was necessary, in order to keep the world, and that included Crowley, safe.

With a last glance back, he closed the door as quietly as possible and walked through the parking lot to get his car. Aziraphale brushed the bodywork with his fingertips, barely even touching the black paint of the Bentley. He opened the trunk and sighed before opening the second compartment, hidden under the first one, and containing his weapons. He’d hoped he could at least have this night free, but ghosts and demons didn’t take holidays. Aziraphale checked his guns and salt, then hopped on the driver’s seat and left.

Aziraphale was a Hunter, and this job didn’t allow to have a normal life. Once you know what monsters run the Earth, it is impossible to stop. He had chosen this path long before meeting Crowley, when a ghost attacked and killed his younger sister. She was only twelve, and he was a month from turning eighteen when it happened. Nobody believed him when he said what he saw, that night, in his sister’s room, so he did his own research and discovered he wasn’t the only one. Many others had similar stories, sometimes even decades before. He ran away and moved from place to place, from story to story, determining which were true, which were made up, and which cases had something supernatural. Soon enough, he became quite good at it, and started to meet people, people like him, hunting down the creatures of evil. They gave him some advices and informations, and also false identity cards – FBI, police, everything that might come in handy. It would have been easier if Crowley had been one of them, but he was not. Aziraphale met him when he was twenty-one, in a bar. The redhead was a waiter there, and the Hunter immediately felt like he had to do something. He asked for his number when Crowley took the order, he laughed, and the next day they were on their first date. Since then, Crowley had followed him everywhere, never asking why they moved so much, simply being there for Aziraphale, and it had been by far the best years of his life. He wondered how Crowley could accept his regular absences, and how he found someone as wonderful as he who loved him back, but whenever he saw Crowley’s eyes upon him, he knew just how true his feelings were.

Which is also why he hated to leave like that. He lied to Crowley, and he also knew that every time he left could be the last time he saw his beloved. He couldn’t stop it, though. Aziraphale had started with ghosts, but quickly went for other more dangerous creatures, such as demons. And when you start hunting them, they will track you too, and you, your friends, and all the people close to you are in danger.

This time, it wasn’t a small hunt. He was looking for a vampire nest, one that he heard that its vampires had killed the last Hunters who came there. So, it wasn’t without danger. Aziraphale could only count on surprising them, and he could hope for no one to show up in backup.

He arrived at the spot of the attacks and stopped the engine. He was just out of the car when the first one ran to him.
