Chapter 7 - Bullied

It's a typical morning in the house of the seven brothers. The sun is just rising, and everyone is in a rush to get ready for school. Chaos ensues in the kitchen as they all scramble to have breakfast before leaving.

"Hey, Ice, you're looking extra frosty today. What's wrong? Did you sleep in the freezer again?" says Ice as he is munching his sandwich.

"At least I don't melt under pressure like you, Blaze." said Ice as he was glaring at Blaze lazily and drinking his juice.

"Ouch! That was cold, even for you!" Says Blaze pretending to get hurt.

"That's a burn, Blaze! Oh, wait... you like that, don't you?" says taufan who was sitting next to duri.

"Can't you two just eat breakfast like normal people? We're almost late for school, and you're acting like we've got all day!" says Hali sighing from the head of the table, already irritated by the noise.

"Normal is overrated, right, Ice? Let's keep things spicy and frosty." 

"Keep it up, Blaze. One day, I'll freeze your bed while you're sleeping." 

They completely ignored Hali.

"I'd like to see you try! I'd melt it faster than you can freeze it."

"Blaze, Ice—both of you, behave. You're making a mess, and we're leaving in ten minutes. If you're late for school again, I won't be happy." says gempa as he was flipping the pancakes in the kitchen.

"Why do I have to put up with this every morning...?" grumbled Hali.

"Because deep down, you love it. Don't lie, Hali. You'd be bored without us. Admit it—you'd miss me the most!" said Taufan leaning over Hali.

"Yeah, right. I'd miss the peace and quiet more." Says Hali completely trying to ignore Taufan.

"Alright, everyone, time to go! You're almost late. If you don't want to hear from your teachers again, move it!"Shouts Gempa .

Everyone rushes out of the kitchen, grabbing their bags and heading toward the door. On the way to school, Hali notices that Ice is unusually quiet, staying at the back of the group and not responding to Blaze's usual teasing, He looked.....sad.

"Why's Ice ignoring Blaze? That's not like him..." Hali thinks.

"So, Hali, are you ready to flunk that math test today? I bet you're sweating just thinking about it." says Taufan, sneaking up behind him.

"I don't flunk anything, Taufan. You're the one who's always asking for my notes at the last minute!"

"Oh, come on! You know you love tutoring me. It's your favorite hobby." says Taufan as he Laughs and throws his arm around Hali's shoulders.

"I swear, you get on my nerves more than anyone else in this house!" says Hali trying to push Taufan off with a growl.

"That's what brothers are for, right? To keep you on your toes!"

"Enough, both of you!" says Gempa Stopping in his tracks, turning to face both Hali and Taufan, raising his hand.

He lightly smacks them both on the head with a firm but playful smile.

"Do you ever stop? One more word, and you're both carrying my shopping later."

"Ow, Gempa! You're too strong for your own good!" says Taufan rubbing his head.
