Werewolf love - Remus Lupin x Reader

~Chapter One: The Feast~

After you got changed, you wandered down to the great hall where you saw all the students and the teachers say down waiting for the sorting ceremony to begin. You found two empty seats. One next to McGonagall and one next to Snape, the potions teacher. You decided to sit next to McGonagall but you wondered when Professor Lupin would show up. Within the next few minutes Lupin walked in with a smile on his face. He looked different as to how you pictured him. He has two big scars across his face and is wearing a light brown set of robes. His hair looked a bit messed up but on purpose, he had in his hand, a briefcase which you assumed was his belongings. He walked with a fast stride towards the professors table and say next to you. "Hello!" He said. You turn your head to face him and say hello back. Before you both know it you're engaged in a very intriguing conversation when the sorting ceremony interrupts you. 

 "Welcome back to Hogwarts everybody, we would like to now sort the new first years." McGonagall said as all the new first years come streaming in. You and Remus continue to whisper to each other. "How come I've never seen you before?" Lupin asks you.

 "Well I was supposed to be in your year at Hogwarts but my mum didn't send me to school here because my brother was sorted into Gryffindor and not Slytherin. So when the job offer came up, I jumped at the chance to teach here." You say whilst still trying to pay attention to the ceremony. Your conversation kept going on until McGonagall nudged your arm. You turn towards McGonagall and she points to Dumbledore who has stood up on his podium to address the school. You sit there and listen to all the things Dumbledore has to say, then he introduced me to the school. "Please welcome, Miss Black, your new charms professor." He turns around and invites me to stand up. 

"Hello everyone. I am y/n black, and I am excited to be teaching here." You sit down as you hear murmurs of 'is she Sirius black's sister?', 'could she be a murderer ' and 'did she help him escape'. Dumbledore looks at you as if to say, I'm sorry, and then turns to face the students. "What was all that about?" You whisper to Remus.

"You know I'm not actually sure y/n" he whispers back, but before you or him could say another word, Dumbledore turns around to look at Remus. Remus stands up, looks at you and smiles. "Hello! I am Professor Lupin, I will be taking you all for defence against the dark arts. I really hope we can get along." He smiles and suits back down. "I did better." You say and punch him playfully on the arm.

"Ouch." Remus says as all the food appears on the table. You grab f/f (favourite food) and pile you plate full. You keep piling but you notice that Remus isn't eating anything. So you start putting some food in his plate. He looks at you, shakes his head and starts putting the food back that you put on his plate. But unexpectedly, he starts reaching out for some food. You smile at him and fill his goblet up with a bit of butterbeer. 

For a while you and Remus are talking but before you knew it, the feast was over and all the students had to go back to their dormitories. You invite Remus to your room to just keep talking. You feel like you already know Remus, because Sirius used to talk about him all the time. You kept talking all through the night, exchanging memories and stories about Sirius all throughout their childhood. You and Remus were connecting a lot more until McGonagall interrupted you. 

 "Sorry to disturb you both but it's midnight and the students in the room next to you are still awake." She says as she walks out the room.

 "Sorry Minnie!" You call as she leaves. "Remus, what class have you got first tomorrow?" You ask preparing your night clothes. 

 "Oh, I'm not sure y/n it's all a bit hazy, I think we drank too much butterbeer." He replies as you get changed in the bathroom. You hear vaguely mutter something and you just dismiss it as a spell or something.

 You walk out the bathroom to see Remus already in his pyjamas and slippers. 

 "Whoah! When did that happen?" You say gesturing to Remus. 

 "Oh, you were in the bathroom and I wanted to get ready for bed. My room's just down the corridor so I guess I'll see you in the morning" he says. 

 "Yeah sure. Night Remus!" You say as he walks out the door. He waves at you and he shuts the door. After he leaves you grab a book from the shelf and tuck yourself into bed and open the book.

Chapter Ten

The Flight to the Ivory Tower

Just as Atreyu passed through the summer gateway of Spook City and started on the exploration that was to end so dismally in a squalid backyard, Falkor, the luckdragon, was making an astonishing discovery. 

You loved reading the never-ending story. But you had so many other books that you loved like f/b (favourite book). But you were interrupted with a knocking at your door. 

 "Come in," you said covering up in case it was a student. 

 Your suspicions were correct. Harry Potter walks in. 

 "Miss, I have a question. Are you related to Sirius Black?" He says startling you a little bit. 

You were very taken aback.

 "why do you think that Harry?" You say grabbing your dressing gown and putting it on.

 "Well.." He starts.

 "I think, Mr Potter" you cut him off "we should carry this on in the morning possibly after our lesson." You say as you usher him out the door, desperately wanting some sleep.

 "But--" he says as you shove him out the door and shut it behind him. You sign and get back to your book. 

He flew toward it as fast as he could, and when he was directly over it he saw that the light signal came from deep down in the water, perhaps from the bottom of the sea.

Before you knew it you had fallen asleep and was woken up to McGonagall opening your curtains.

 "Rise and shine, Miss Black!" she says. You sit up and stretch.

 "Minnie?" You say "Can I call you Minnie?" She nods. "Harry came in last night and asked me if I was related to Sirius. I didn't tell him anything but I don't think he should be asking questions about his teachers personal life." 

 "I shall speak to him y/n" McGonagall says and she walks out. 

You get dressed hoping to make a good first impression at your first lessons today. You put on the new robes you bought with the Black family fortune and wander down to the great hall. 

 "The day awaits!" You say before you leave your room.
