Jun rushed to the Mishima Zaibatsu laboratory as soon as Nina informed her about whatever that happened.
"Amber!" Jun exclaimed as soon as she saw the rest gathered there. "Where's Amber?!"
"Jun, she's fine," Nina said, her arms crossed as she stood. "But she's going through a few tests just in case."
Jun sighed as she grabbed Jin's arm. "How did this happen?"
The three of them exchanged glances before telling her what happened.
"We didn't notice how she had slipped out like that," Adam said. "We were all eating in Jin's office."
"That's when we realised that something was off," Nina added. "Since she would usually join us."
"I was away for just two hours and so much has happened?" Jun groaned. "Did anything else happen?"
Jin shook his head. "No. She was standing in front of Heihachi's guesthouse when we arrived. She snapped out of it as soon as I called to her."
"Jin caught her pretty quick, it was a good thing that he got into his Devil Form," Adam added. "We were a little slowed since we came in one of the Zaibatsu SUVs."
Jun sadly shook her head and turned to the large glass wall where Amber laid on an examination table, her eyes wide open and a worried look on her face. "Poor girl... this is happening because of Kazuya's DNA in her. She shares the same sort of... hatred that he has towards Heihachi."
"It doesn't help that she was also possessed because of our friend's experiments," Nina grimaced. She turned to Jin. "How long would this take?"
"Are we allowed to see her?" Jun chimed in.
Jin frowned and crossed his arms as he watched a scientist walk towards Amber. "I'm not sure."
"Maybe we should ask Doctor B," Adam suggested.
Alisa eventually came out, her eyes evidently searching for Lars.
"He's upstairs," Jin said before she can say anything.
"Oh," Alisa pouted.
Nina smirked. "You came out to tell us something?"
The Android quickly perked up. "Ah! Yes. Father sent me to tell you guys that there is nothing possessing Amber and that she is perfectly fine." She placed her index finger on her chin as she frowned thoughtfully. "But he did say that her mental condition is a little unstable." She chuckled as to lighten the mood, seeing how the four of them looked so solemn. "That is, because of her powers. Nothing else."
"Oh, thank goodness," Jun sighed. "She was fine even this morning, I could tell that there wasn't anything in her."
Jin sighed. "Can we go see her?"
Alisa immediately nodded. "Sure! Let's go. By the way, is Lars coming?"
"Just go see him, he's in my office," Jin sighed, sounding so done.
"Yes, boss!" Alisa grinned as she cheerfully ran off.
Jun chuckled. "She's adorable."
"It's like talking to a child sometimes," Nina added, also smiling.
"Yeah, the other Alisa practically treats her like a baby sister," Adam said. "Reminds me... she hasn't showed her face lately."
"She's probably helping her dad or something," Jin said.
They entered and found Amber sitting on the examination table, still looking a little scared.
"Amber?" Jun called as she went to her.
Amber turned away.
"Mom 2, it wasn't your fault," Jin added, seating himself beside her.
Jun sat at Amber's other side. "He's right, Amber. Don't think about it."
Amber sighed. "I had no control of myself. Why is this happening?"
"It's your powers," Jun stated. "And also because you're still mad at what Heihachi had done to you."
"It's not what he had done to me, it's more like he had done me," Amber retorted. "Why did he have to create me in the first place? He didn't even try to search for me when I fled. He completely abandoned me."
Jin smirked. "And that's a bad thing? He used to be the only one I had, the only one I trusted and he shot me in the head. It was to the point I was afraid to trust anyone else, only a few people like Nina and Xiao. Eventually, I came to trust Lars and Lee as well because they genuinely looked out for me."
"Heihachi never did look out for me," Amber grimaced. "He didn't even treat me like a person." She touched Jin's face. "You're the only thing I had left, the only thing that kept me going."
Jin sighed. "I'm sorry for not accepting you when you came to me. I shouldn't have said that. I... I felt betrayed."
Amber shook her head. "No, Jin. You had every right to feel that way. You were already so heartbroken after everything that happened. And then I came along, with dark powers and in your mother's image. It's hard for anyone to trust someone like me in that state."
Jun put an arm around her and pulled her close, leaning Amber's head against her shoulder. "We didn't know what you were back then, but we do now. You are so much more than just... Unknown."
Amber couldn't help but chuckle. "Unknown... wasn't that my name before?"
"You deserve an actual name," Jun added, a hand on her clone's head. "By the way, have you eaten? Jin said you skipped having lunch with the rest."
Nina and Adam walked up with the original Alisa and her father.
"You should eat, my dear," Doctor Bosconovitch advised. "Hunger can have negative effects towards your mental wellbeing as well."
Alisa nodded solemnly, fighting a smile. "Scientifically proven fact. I've seen it myself."
"In yourself," Adam teased. "I've seen how hangry you get."
"Then what about you?" Nina added. "You're worse than her."
Adam rolled his eyes, shaking his head before turning to Amber. "Hey, you okay? You weren't quite yourself when we found you."
Amber nodded. "I'm fine now."
"Great, so let's resume our lunch," Nina said, motioning for Amber to get up. "You haven't eaten anything."
Jun touched her son's shoulder. "What about you?"
"He finished faster than any of us," Adam smirked. "But I think you still have your bacon and egg pie."
"Oh yeah, I forgot about that," Jin perked up at the thought of that.
"Bacon and egg pie?" Jun didn't look all that pleased. "What happened to the stuff we sent you?"
Nina chuckled. "Don't worry, he finished all of whatever you sent. We brought the pie."
"Oh," Jun smiled. "You brought some for us?"
Adam nodded. "Yep. My mum made a huge batch."
"Nice," Jun smiled. She placed her hands on Amber's shoulders and gave her a slight push. "Come on, Amber. Looks like we have quite the feast awaiting us!"

When they got to the office, they found Steve and Lars continuing their lunch, with Alisa sitting on Jin's chair as she chatted with them. The men looked up in surprise when the rest of them walked in, Jin, Nina, and Adam having annoyed looks on their faces.
"What, we're still hungry, okay?" Lars said, his mouth full. "We didn't get to finish earlier."
"Don't talk with your mouth full," Jun scolded, immediately prompting for Lars to swallow his mouthful and earning a giggle from Alisa. "Also, you saved some for Amber, right?"
Steve nodded. "Yep! We saved some pie too."
"Bacon and egg pie," Lars added, pushing the container of pie forward. "We already ate our share."
Jun sat Amber down and pulled the pie container towards them. "Jin, come." She called her son.
"What did Doctor B say?" Steve asked as he ate his butadon.
"He said she's perfectly fine," Alisa smiled.
"She isn't possessed by anything," Jun chuckled in agreement. "But he did say she was hungry."
"I haven't eaten anything since breakfast," Amber sighed.
"You should relax, Amber," Nina sighed as she sat herself down as well. "Start a hobby or something like that."
Amber frowned. "I have to find my crocheting kit..."
"I'll help you," Jin offered.
"I'll help too!" Alisa cheerfully added.
Jun frowned and sat up. "Wait, I sense something."
Lars groaned. "Come on, not again. Can it wait?"
"It can," Jun sighed, leaning back again.
