"What brings you two here?" Jun asked as she opened the door for Steve and his father. "Amber was about to come down in a minute."
"Nah, we're here to speak with you," Adam said. "A bone to pick with you."
That statement made Jun snicker. "What is it, a chicken bone?"
Steve burst into laughter at that reference from Mind Your Language. "Oh, Auntie. We're here to talk about the... Heihachi issue."
"Oh?" Jun asked. "So that means you'll have him in your suite?"
Adam shook his head. "Far from it. Because we will definitely be having a three-room apartment suite or chalet, that's not enough room for Heihachi."
Jun frowned. "I think it's quite possible. Your parents will be staying in one room, you and Nina in another. There's still one more room that can fit two people."
Images of Heihachi laughing in a fundoshi appeared in Steve's head. "Eww! Are you planning to put him in my room?!" He blurted out in shock.
Adam smirked, then nodded approvingly. "Oh, yeah. I forgot that you'll be sitting in that room alone."
"It was your idea too," Jun added, nudging Steve's arm with her hand.
"Oh, come on, it came right back to me," Steve groaned, ruffling the back of his head. "This can't be good..."
"Come on, at least it's not Jin or Kazuya," Adam added, grinning. "You don't have anything against Heihachi."
Steve frowned at him. "So he's not the one who forced Mum into cryosleep and impregnated her with your baby, right? And then having said baby tortured through childhood until he finally fled?"
Adam pursed his lips. "Right, I forgot that happened." He turned to Jun. "What are you actually planning to do?"
Jun sighed. "I'm not sure."
"Why not just put him up in a separate hotel?" Steve suggested. "Or in a separate suite to himself. He's gotta be used to stuff like that, seeing how he's living in that large beach estate all alone, right?"
Jun shook her head. "No, Steve. That's the whole point. To make him not feel alone."
"So you suggest Heihachi and Kazuya and Jin under one roof, giving each other Mishima Fist Bumps?" Adam chimed in. "Jun, I don't think that's a very bright idea."
"It so isn't!" Amber exclaimed from the dining hall. She soon exited, holding a large insulated bag with lunch. "It would be chaos city if Heihachi shows up at a family vacation."
Jun sighed. "I'll see what I can do." She grabbed the bag that she rested on the coffee table and turned to the blonds. "I have to leave now, need to go to Kazuya's for lunch." She turned to Amber. "Lock up when you're going down to Jin's office, okay?"
Steve and Adam nodded, stepping aside to let her leave. They turned to Amber.
"Why is she so hellbent on having Heihachi with us on the vacation?" Steve frowned. "Like how does any part of that sound like a good idea?"
Amber scowled, nodding. "Yes. I keep telling her. You know, she hasn't said a word about it to the others?"
"Not even Lars?" Steve asked, surprised.
"Not even Lee," Amber added.
Adam groaned. "This is bad. Does she know what she's getting herself into?"
"You're talking as if you know him," Steve gave his father a slight backhand.
"Yeah, and I wished to keep it that way," Adam countered. "Anyway, you sure you don't wanna share a room with him?"
Steve scowled. "With him? Dad, seriously?"
"He's right, no one would dare to share rooms with him," Amber also scowled. "Ugh, just thinking about it turns my stomach. What was Oneesan thinking?! I'd have so much trouble!"
"Yeah, she probably wasn't thinking straight," Adam added. "Anyway, you gonna bring lunch to Jin now?"
Amber nodded, realising that he was right. "Yeah, we need to get going right now."Jun went over to Kazuya's place and had lunch with him. The whole time, she had a frown on her face as she thought about the Heihachi problem.
"You hate seeing me or something?" Kazuya suddenly piped up.
Jun turned to look at him and shook her head, surprised at his remark. "No. Why would you think that?"
"Because of the long face?" Kazuya pointed out, having a piece of his fish. "Jun, is something wrong?"
"I was just wondering about where we should go for vacation," Jun sighed, picking at her rice. "Yakushima, Rikubetsu, Hiroshima, or Chigasaki?"
Kazuya lit up at that information. "Chigasaki? As in Route 134 Chigasaki?"
Jun smiled as she nodded, swallowing her mouthful before speaking. "Yeah. And we're gonna be making a Sugiyama Kiyotaka & the Omega Tribe playlist. And we're adding all versions of Route 134."
"I like the sound of that," Kazuya smiled as he imagined that, nodding to himself as he chewed. "Did you ask Jin about it?"
"Not yet," Jun shook her head, lifting her miso bowl. "But I'm sure he'll agree."
Kazuya snorted. "Well yeah, because who wouldn't? It's Chigasaki."
The two were silent for a moment before Jun spoke.
"You wanna stay in an apartment or a chalet?"
"It's a beach, why would you stay in an apartment?" Kazuya asked, eating his rice. "A beach chalet sounds fun. Maybe we can go for some spa too."
"Mmm..." Jun nodded, liking the sound of that. Instantly, her mind created an image of Jin, Kazuya, and Heihachi all having facials together on loungers by the beach. She downed her soup and ate whatever that was in it before speaking. "Yeah... that's an amazing idea..."
"Maybe a mud bath too," Kazuya added. "Mud is apparently very good for skin."
Jun's mind flashed to the scene of an onsen, filled with mud instead of herbal hot water, with all of the Mishima men huddled together and having a deep conversation.
"Sure," Jun shrugged, still picking at her soup bowl for any missed pieces of wood ear mushrooms. "And maybe some pedicure, lay on the beach, sing Sugiyama Kiyotaka and the Omega Tribe songs."
"That does sound nice," Kazuya grinned. "Alright, tell Jin, and if he likes the idea, book it."
Jun pursed her lips, a sheepish look on her face as she picked up a mushroom from her bowl. "Yeah, about that... I don't really know how to. It's usually either you, Jin, or Lars doing it. Amber does it sometimes too, but I'm never good at it."
Kazuya snorted. "Alright, then. Tell me, and I'll book it."
"Sure," Jun chuckled, scraping her bowl to gather whatever that was left. "Shall I also tell Lee?"
"Of course," Kazuya smirked. "How can we leave him and Anna behind?"
Jun giggled. "Yeah, we can't. I'll tell them. Nina's gang agreed, Adam's parents are coming too."
"That's nice, so it's a whole gang," Kazuya's smile faltered into a frown. "I sure hope that nothing stupid happens while we're vacationing. Remember Rikubetsu?"
Jun sighed. "Yes, I do. I hope everything goes well too."
Her mind was thinking more of the Heihachi problem than anything else.
