Footage taken inside a store starts to play.
Most likely taken with some sort of camera owned by the store itself.
The first thing you probably have noticed is that this is in fact a flower store.
A flower store that makes and sells flowers of any kind, with all sorts of functions.
Of course this is because finding real plants in this city is nearly impossible, everything is artificial.
Fake plants that look realistic are much better to keep 'alive' than those created by mother nature.
Not just plants, but also entire trees are manufactured and sold within this city.
All the trees in the city have been made like this and like the plants have special functions, most have implanted cameras.
Many years some people were against them, but failed to keep these video-taking plants from taking over the city.
A man stands behind the counter, tinkering with one of his plants. He is very talented in this as you can see.
As he works diligently, with screws so small they can't even be seen on the footage, a customer walks in.
An older woman with red painted hair.
She is here to buy flowers of course.
She lets her eyes wander all over the place to eventually decide on taking a bouquet of red roses.
These red roses are made to suffice as somewhat of a heater, she must have difficulty with the cold or perhaps likes to sit outside for long periods of time.
Or perhaps she is going to give this to someone who does.
Either way the reason is completely irrelevant, people nowadays do happen to buy themselves presents more often. Flowers are no exception.
The red haired woman pays for the flowers with her watch, scanning it until it gives a loud 'BEEP' and the clerk hands her back the flowers.
They say their farewells and the woman leaves the store.
The clerk sits alone for a while, occupied with his small project in his hands.
Then someone walks in.
Someone distorted.
Face and voice seem to have somehow been censored by the camera.
Almost like a ghost wandering into a store.
A digital spirit out for something evil.
The clerk and the ghost talk normally, he must not notice after all, he is unaware of any danger.
The ghostly customer chooses something, blurring out that section in the room, almost as if they did something to it.
Then a strange glitching starts to occur throughout the entire store, yet the Clerck doesn't seem to notice anything at all.
The spirit pays for the object and wishes the clerk farewell with a digital sounding voice.
Before leaving the store completely however, the customer stops just before the door.
And then slowly looks up.
Slowly.
Gently.
Right into the camera.
They can see you now.
A smile creeps across the glitched out face.
A digital smile.
They know you're there.
They know you're watching.
They have control over everything within this room.
Perhaps even everything in this city.
Aren't you afraid of what might happen to the clerk?
He was nice, wasn't he?
For a last time the screen glitches out, but this time completely.
[The footage has been forcefully ended]
