SWANI POV: It's evening, Pixel was taking over my gaming chair and sleeping. I put the vegetables aside for dinner, after that I walked into the living room to take a break.

I sank into the couch, stretching my legs and letting out a sigh. The soft hum of the ceiling fan filled the room, mixing with the distant sounds of honking cars outside. I glanced at Pixel, curled up in my gaming chair, completely oblivious to the world. A small smile crept on my face.

The cool breeze from the open window brushed against my face, making me feel calm. "I should probably call Nischay," I thought, picking up my phone. But before I could unlock the screen, I felt a slight buzz. A notification.

Swani - Shaitaan ka naam lia, Shaitaan hajir!

Immediately I opened my WhatsApp and started chatting with him.

SWANI POV:  As soon as I heard Nischay's words, I ran to cook. No matter how many times I explain to the boy, he will not understand that he should have told me before coming home, then I would have cut the extra vegetables in advance for his dinner.

hurried into the kitchen, my mind racing as I pulled out the ingredients I had prepped earlier.

Swani (muttering)- Khana toh banana padega,

I started chopping the vegetables with a sense of urgency. Nischay’s last-minute arrival always threw me off, but I couldn’t help but feel a flutter of excitement.

As I stirred the pot, the fragrant aroma of spices filled the air. I could already imagine him walking through the door, that playful grin on his face, and the way his eyes lit up when he saw food.
