"You're impossible Kritika, I wish I had never met you,"

Okay, now that is- well, expected. I have been fired from, flirted with and just toyed around with. And well I sabotage stuff sometimes by manifesting it a lot. But this case is not my fault.

Don't look at me like that. You and I both knew me and Abhi weren't going to last. He's an ASS and I am a surili shabnam KK. I sing songs of love that he can't understand at all! Or he chooses to unhear them sometimes.

Fun fact: The African Wild Ass has an excellent sense of hearing. And they cool off themselves with the help of those large ears.

But our ASS here loves things the opposite way doesn't way. He keeps honking and honking. Red lights all the time in this freaking mental traffic, on the road of us. Which seems to have a dead end ahead.

Let's walk through my thought process shall we,

Not many days ago, on a glamorous night, in a glamorous restaurant, I went on a date with a guy I thought I knew.

.

.

.

Okay, this is glamorous.
I cannot believe it, but I managed to bring the ass to the table for a date! Ahhhh!

[Don't you dare think what you are thinking, I know, I can see that smirk through the screen ;)]

Mr. Ass took forever to get ready and shied away like a Bihari Bahu, just to get behind me on my scooter. [Okay now stop with the dirty connotations.]

I said grab the opportunity my 'ass-centric' ass-et, sit behind me and enjoy the feels.
Abhi, where are you gonna get a woman like me? I pity the other men who can't get me.

He sat real close behind me and snuggled in pretty quickly as I rode on at the speed of 70 km per hour. The roads were empty (haha you wish- no, this is only possible in my Bollywood song daydream) and our hearts were full.

And my smile was crescent.

And his face was a new moon.

The night was hilarious.

We are sitting in the restaurant, and he looks around and sighs.

"This is the first time we have come to a proper restaurant," he says.

"Oh yeah!"

"It feels weird. Where are the thelas and the uncles and the chotu!"

I laugh as he figures out how to call the waiter.

"Waiter ji!" I called out and he came to our service.

"What can I get you, ma'am and sir?"

"Well get us both, umm, cheese butter masala and two kulchas. Along with chaas and masala papad."

"Okay ma'am, one cheese paneer butter masala, 2 kulchas, 2 chaas and one masala papad. Correct?"

"Yup! Bring the delicacies fast!"

"I will try, ma'am! Even I can hear the gurgles!" We laugh and Abhi looks questioningly.

"I know him. I come here a lot." I justify the craziness. That's my motto it seems.

He still looked questioningly at me I still remember that look. It was as if he was questioning and debating my loyalty in his head. Woah man, chill. It's just the first date.
