𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐄 - 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞 cut this one short but i think it's alright..
"𝐇𝐈 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐘𝐀𝐇." kobbie smiles at the girl who was walking out of the training ground, who had all her stuff in her arms
"hi kobbie." indiyah smiles awkwardly, trying to look natural as possible as she shuffled around
"let me take something." the boy chuckles, taking some of the stuff out of her arms
"thank you." she chuckles, handing kobbie some things
"you're welcome." kobbie smiles, before the pair walk towards his car "sorry about what everyone was saying about us by the way." he scrunches his nose up, glancing over to the girl
"i mean you can't control it eh?" indiyah shakes her head "it's fine, haters gonna hate." she shrugs, looking out to the emptying parking lot
"yeppp." kobbie hums along, before grabbing his car keys to unlock it "you can put all your stuff in the back." he points to his car, the boot opening up doing so
"alrighty." indiyah mumbles, speed walking over to the car and dumping all her stuff in, making kobbie chuckle and dropping the small jumper that he was given
"that group was so stupid." kobbie makes conversation, sitting down in the drivers seat, doing up his seatbelt
"i know! i don't know why rico made it in the first place." indiyah nods, copying kobbies actions and doing up her own seatbelt
"but atleast there was a hangout at the end of it though." he shrugs, starting up the car
"yeah.. but didnt cole say he was at his parents?" indiyah furrows her eyebrows, looking down to her nails
"it's fine, i've been there before and his parents are rarely home and his sisters are always about." kobbie reassures
"oh, okay." she nods, a small smile on her face
"it's not too far from here." the boy mumbles, his eyes focused on the road, receiving a hum in return
the car ride was fairly silent, a few small conversations and all that, "and we arrre here." he yawns, looking out the window at the fairly big house infront of the pair
"that was quick." indiyah raises her eyebrows, a small smile on her face
"yeah.. it's not too far from here." kobbie glances over to indiyah with a smile, before climbing out of his side of the car "cold though." he scrunches his nose up
"welcome welcome! you came.. together?" cole opens the door for the pair, a flash of confusion rushing on his face as he looks towards them
"yeah, we finished training at the same time, and indiyah had a lift to training sooo.." kobbie nods awkwardly, waiting to be let through the door as a slight shiver ran through him
"right.. oh! come in come in." cole nods, not believing it, but moves out the way for the pair none the less "everyone else is already here by the way." he adds, watching them take their shoes off
"right." indiyah mumbles, before being guided into the living room, where ikra and rico were playing uno on one sofa and layla were looking at the pair in disgust, making kobbie chuckle
"looks like laylas enjoying herself." kobbie mumbles in indiyahs ear, making the girl chuckle along as she glanced over
"hi!" ikra lifts her head up from her cards to the people that were stood in the doorway, receiving a wave in return as rico placed his next card down, clearly wanting the win more than anything
"uh sit wherever." cole says to kobbie and indiyah, before sitting down next to layla on the sofa, where he was probably sat before, leaving one sofa left, where they were most likely gonna sit
shortly after indiyah and kobbie sat down, ikra and ricos game came to a close shortly, resulting in rico throwing his cards across the room, hitting cole in the face
"so.. now that that's over." cole says, trying to brush past the strop that rico was just in, aswell as the cards that he was so rudely hit with
"uh so.." ikra nods, holding back a laugh as rico crossed his arms in anger
"who's up for drinks!" cole gasps, standing up from the sofa, immediately sprinting off into another room, not even letting anyone answer his question
"such a weird boy he is." indiyah mumbles, loud enough for kobbie to hear, whilst ikra and rico sparked up another conversation
"i know right, he's not even gonna let us answer and he's already dashed it." kobbie chuckles, before his smile drops as he notices the glare he was being given by layla. the boy clears his throat as his focus was torn away from indiyah
"who's up for drinks then?" cole walks back into the living room, a few glass bottles in his hands, everyone volunteering except indiyah
"come on! loosen up abit." the boy groans, the glass in his hands clanking about as he tried to place them onto the coffee table
"i have training in the morning, and how are you guys gonna get home if you drink?" she furrows her eyebrows, making rico hum in thought
"i say we have a sleepover..?" rico suggests, raising his eyebrows slightly
"i mean if you're up for it." cole shrugs, leaning back on the sofa again
"im not." indiyah chuckles, making kobbie glance over to her in confusion
"why?" he asks, tilting his head slightly
"im not big on drinks." indiyah shrugs, before continuing her sentence "and like i said, i have training.. and so do you i though?" she realises
"yeahhhh.. they don't have to know." kobbie places his finger over his lips, before the pair go back into conversation with the group
"let's get this party started." cole smiles, opening up one of the bottles on the table, making indiyahs comments unheard from.
i love cutting my chapters short i am not a big fan of this BUT i needed one out reached 1k words anyway so whatever i do promise a bigger chapter
