"I just don't get it" Zayn said giving Aileena a block

Liam frowned "What don't you get?"

Zayn sighed "I thought you liked working from home..."

Liam nodded "I do"

Zayn frowned "Then? Why are you suddenly talking about daycare, going into work, and our parents picking her up since you may ask for overtime?"

Liam looked at Zayn, then shrugged and looked at Aileena

"I can't let you pay the bulk for everything... That's just not fair"

Zayn rolled his eyes "Liam, you know more than anyone that I don't mind."

"Still. It feels like you're doing everything and-"

"Stop... Be honest, what's all this about?"

Liam stayed quiet then looked at Zayn again "I want you to be here more often for our kids, Zayn... I don't want you going away for weeks at a time"

Zayn's shoulders fell "I know, Jaan. I'm so-" He stopped and blinked

"Kids?" Liam smiled and nodded "Plural?"

Liam laughed "Yes Zayn, plural"

"When-"

Liam picked up Aileena when she crawled towards him and sat her on his lap

"I found out a month ago."

"A month?!"

Their 11 month old laughed, and Liam did too. Zayn blinked then shook his head and smiled

He stood up then helped Liam up, he kissed Liam's cheek and Liam smiled

"I love you"

Liam smiled "I know... I love you too"

Their eyes met and they smiled, Zayn cupped Liam's cheeks and kissed him

Liam smiled and kissed Zayn back, Zayn gripped his waist before he pulled away and sat up

Liam stretched and Zayn watched him with a smile while drawing slow circles on Liam's waist

He then sat up and pulled Liam closer and kissed his temple then his neck

Liam smiled and looked at Zayn from over his shoulder, his smile then slightly fell and he looked at him

"Do you still love her?"

Zayn frowned "What?"

"Ceclie... Do you still love her?"

Zayn shook his head "Liam, this really isn't the time-"

"Please, just answer..."

Zayn sighed then shrugged "I don't know... Part of me hates that she was coming between Leen and I but-"

"Imagine we didn't have Leena... Would you still be with her?"

"Liam, I can't imagine my life without Leen... I really can't" he frowned "Why do you ask?"

Liam shrugged "I just wanted to know... Because you shouldn't let go of a relationship without trying to work through it"

They were quiet, Zayn opened his mouth to say something when his phone rang

He picked it up and Ceclie's name flashed in his eyes before he looked at Liam

Liam smiled then stood up "Answer it, Zee... Who knows, you may end up marrying her after all..." he said then walked into the bathroom and closed the door

Zayn got dressed and left the room and stepped out of the cabin before he called her back

"Zayn... I have-"

"I know, But I've been busy"

Ceclie took a deep breath "How's Aileena?"

"Good"

"She just turned 5"

"Yeah"

"Can I talk to her?"

"I don't really feel comfortable with that... Is there anything in specific that you need?"

"I was hoping we could talk... When you're back"

Zayn opened and closed his mouth, he hears laughter and looked at some kids who was laughing with their parents

"I don't know, Ceclie."

"Its important"

Zayn sighed "Ceclie-"

"Please... Zayn, it's very important"

The door opened and Zayn turned around, a sleepy Aileena walked towards him

He smiled and picked her up, whispering a quiet good morning as she cuddled upto him

"My daughter's awake. I'll let you know what I think"

At the quiet ok, he hung up and pocketed his phone

He rubbed Aileena's back as she closed her eyes

"What do you want to do today?"

"Swimming"

Zayn chuckled "Alright. Let's go see dad, then we can go"

Liam and Zayn looked at each other then looked at their daughter

She was with a few kids, they saw her swimming on her back and asked her to team them how she did it

She was... But she herself doesn't remember how she learnt

Liam slowly pulled his eyes away from her and looked at Zayn, Zayn was smiling at their daughter like she breathed light into his darkest days

In a way, she did

Zayn then turned to Liam "She's a good kid"

Liam nodded "Yeah, she is." He whispered

"I don't wanna go home"

Liam looked away from the popcorn and looked at Aileena "What? Why?"

She looked at her hands "I wanna spend time with you and with baba... At home, I can't"

"Of course you can"

"Nu-Uh... At home when I am with you, baba is not there when I am with baba, you are not there"

Liam smiled "How do we make it better?"

She smiled "We stay here forever"

The microwave beeped and Liam took the popcorn out "We can't do that, Love... But how about me and baba take you out once a month? Just us 3?"

She sighed and shrugged "Fine..."

Liam picked her up and put her down "Go call baba, love. Tell him to come fast or we'll start the movie without him"

And that's how they spent their last day, watching movies, eating popcorn and cuddling on the couch

Before they all went into the room Liam and Zayn have been sharing and she slept between them

They looked at her then at each other, they smiled and Liam kissed Zayn's cheek

"Thank you... This trip was amazing"

Zayn smiled and laid down, pulling Aileena closer, Liam laughed quiet and laid down

"Thank you, Liam. You made it special"
