Zayn was walking out of the supermarket when he heard a loud 'Hey'

He held both the bags in one hand and turned around

Ceclie smiled at him "What's your name?"

He shook his head "I'm not interested"

Everyone looked at Ceclie, their eyes were wide and her mother frowned

"You... Lost the baby?"

She sighed and dropped her hand to her sides "There was never a baby, I faked it all"

Zayn frowned "You showed me scans..."

She pointed at Camille "I used hers..."

"What would you have done after some times has passed?"

She hesitated "I would've told you that I lost the baby while you were away..."

Zayn shook his head and rubbed the bridge of his nose

"Zayn-"

"Leave, Ceclie..."

"Just give me a chance-"

"Absolutely fucking not, leave"

Martin stepper closer and shoved Zayn back "Don't talk to my sister like that, it's a hospital she can stay if she wants"

Marco tried to pull him back but was shoved back, he threw both of his hands up and looked towards their parents

They just turned their face up, he shook his head, muttered an apology before he left

"This is the pediatrics intensive care unit waiting room, go somewhere else"

"We know a kid there, we can stay if we want-"

But Martin was pulled to the side before a punch landed on his face

He fell down and wide eyes all turned towards Liam who was glaring down at him

"Now you'll need to see a doctor for that fucked up nose of yours. Leave"

He cursed but was hauled up and dragged out by his parents, camille gave Liam a nasty look before she walked after then

Ceclie looked between Liam and Zayn, she then gave Zayn a pleading look and he shook his head

A glare from one of Zayn's sister made her sigh and walk out after her parents

Zayn turned to Liam, who then turned to him and raised an eyebrow

"What?" Zayn smiled "I told you, I'll be by your side..." Liam smiled "Trust me a little bit"

Zayn chuckled "Always..."

"Family of Aileena Malik"

They all stood up and looked towards the doctor.

Liam and Zayn stepped closer towards him and he took a deep breath

"She's fine, we spent extra hours just monitoring her breathing because we don't know how long she wasn't, then we checked for brain activity. Everything seems fine, but we won't know for sure until she's awake... Would you like to see her?"

They both nodded and followed the doctor, he lead them into a room and opened the curtains

Aileena laid there with her hands beside her, her cheeks were still slightly puffed up and there was a pipe helping her breath

But the beeping from the heart monitor relaxed them, they only cared that she was alive

Zayn pulled Liam closer and kissed his temple, Liam wrapped his arms around Zayn and he took a deep breath

"She'll ask about Lilac as soon as she's awake" Liam whispered and Zayn laughed

"I think she'll ask about you honestly..." he looked at Liam and smiled "She seems to favour you more recently"

Liam shrugged "Ehhh, sure. We'll go with that"

When Aileena woke up, and saw her parents beside her she stretched her arms up

To which one of them? They don't know because they both rushed towards her

The doctor and a nurse came in and they literally had to pull Liam and Zayn away

But they didn't go too far away, Zayn wrapped his arms around Liam's waist because Liam looked like he was seconds away from jumping

They checked her vitals, reflexces and asked her to pronounce a few words

They asked her about Liam and Zayn and other few family relatives before they looked at Liam and Zayn

"She seems in good condition, but we still ask you to take it slow and careful with her. I'd recommend that one of you takes time off of work and stays home with her-"

Liam nodded frantically "I will"

"Give me a chance, Jaan" Zayn whispered into his ear and Liam blushed

The doctor continued to talk, but once he and the nurse left, Liam escaped Zayn's grasp and picked their daughter up

He kissed her head and her cheek, whispering how much he loves her

She held onto him while rubbing her eyes, she crawled into him with her head on his chest and Zayn looked at them with a smile

Zayn walked back out and everyone looked at him

"She's awake, and she's Ok. All cuddled up with Liam"

Everyone cheered, they all hugged and held onto each other

Zayn laughed before his parents took him into a hug, both of them hugging him tightly

Louis pulled away from hugging Zayn's sister, but kept a hand over his shoulder and chuckled "This is kinda like the day she's born all over again..."

Zayn walked out and everyone jumped up, his mother had her hands joined in front of her, Liam's mother was gripping the heart shaped necklace she was wearing, their dads had their eyes wide open while looking at him

Louis and Niall were standing on chairs, chairs and their siblings were all gripping each other

Zayn took a deep breath "We have the most beautiful little girl and all of you-" He said pointing at their siblings, Niall and Louis

"Can argue with a wall"

Liam smiled hearing some laughter and cheers outside, he felt a small hand on his cheek and looked down at Aileena

He bent down, expecting her to whisper but she just kissed his cheek

Liam smiled and leaned back, he covered her with a blanket when she slightly shivered

She called him in a whispered, her voice slightly scratchy but Liam would take anything over her silence

"Yeah, Leena?"

"I stay here"

Liam laughed and nodded "You can stay wherever you like"
