Scene 1: A World Apart
Toro sat alone on a weathered wooden bench, watching the bustling activity in the village of Domiko. Laughter and conversation filled the air, a stark contrast to the sterile silence of the Sky Lands. Here, Walkers and Cyborgs interacted freely, children played together regardless of their enhancements.
Toro, a man more comfortable with silence than conversation, felt out of place. He clutched his sketchbook, its once pristine pages now tattered and dirty. The harsh journey down through the pink smoke had rendered it unusable.
Scene 2: Beyond Differences
A soft giggle broke his train of thought. A village woman, considered to be a walker from the skyland with sparkling eyes, was playfully chasing a cyborg child with snow white hair. The woman, despite her percieved social stauts, laughed and teased the child, creating a heartwarming scene.
Toro couldn't help but be drawn to their simple joy. Back in the Sky Lands, social interactions were dictated by class and function. Here, on the surface, a sense of community and shared humanity seemed to bind them together.
He watched, mesmerized, as the woman knelt down and wrapped the boy in a hug. Mustering all his courage, he spoke up.
Toro: Excuse me
