Gina- Raj I think you should give her a chance, it doesn't seem like they were even together
Raj- I don't know Gina, I don't want to get hurt again.
Gina- How would you know if you don't try, you stop playing in your head what gabi did. Don't let her affect your future relationships.
Raj- Yeah you're right, what do you suggest I do. We've only been talking when it comes to faith.
Gina- Girl what, so that's tour baby now. If you're still going seeing her child, it shouldn't be hard.
Me and Gina talked for a few until she had to go help unc out with something. I decided to give Tasia a call to see what she was up to.
Tasia- Hello, um Faith with my sister if you're looking for her.
Raj- No, I actually called to talk to you. Do you want to come over?
Tasia- Sure, what time?
Raj- how about now
Tasia- yeah that's fine, let me freshen up then I'll be your way.
Raj- ok, see you then. Bye
Tasia- ok, bye
After what seemed like forever, Fantasia finally pulls up. I open the door to let her in. While waiting I had made us a snack plater with wine to drink. I needed to wine to relax my nerves and actually have a talk with her.
We enter my living and take a seat on the couch. I wanted to say something but I was too afraid to say anything. So we sat in awkward silence for about 5 minutes before she broke the silence.
Tasia- Is everything alright, you look nervous.
Raj- Umm, yes. I just uhh- I just miss you... I want to get back to us. But I'm scared to get hurt again.
Tasia- I missed you baby, and if anything I never wanted us to be like this. I'm willing to take things slow if you need that. I don't know what you past relationship were like but I'll never hurt you.
After our talk, we layed into each other embrace and turned a movie on. We ended up going to sleep on the movie.
I happy we talked, laying in her reminded me to why I loved being around her. She really does calm my nerves and take away the hurt I feel in that moment. It damn near killed ne not talking to her.
