Epilogue

Long time ago when Alpha Gerald was young and unmarried, he was captivated by the beauty of one of the servants in his father’s mansion; Being the vicious wolf that he is and full of pride, he stole the helpless servant virginity one night and warned her not to say a word. His actions that night made the poor servant pregnant. When she informed him, he denied it even before his father the king because she was a human slave. The king got furious with the servant for lying against his son and asked her to be hanged under a full moon to serve as a deterrent for others.

The poor servant in pain and agony said “On this faithful night, I’m being hanged because I spoke the truth that nobody wants to hear or believe and I’m dying with the blood of royalty inside my womb. The moon bears witness of my innocence, I hereby declare for my innocence and that of my unborn child; the lineage of Astrov throne will forever be bound to humans.” Then she gave up the ghost.

     Years later, Alpha Gerald gave birth to a son who grew into a wise, intelligent and powerful werewolf yet finding his mate was a big problem for him, but there is a blonde hair lady with deep blue eyes in his dreams, she scented of Apricot. Such dreams  kept him up at night most of the time. Among all the beautiful and powerful female wolves in his pack, he had interest in none and has never seen the lady from his dreams in his pack. "So who is she and where could she be" He pondered.
 
      One sunny afternoon, this werewolf found his mate in the most funny way. After disobeying his dad and forcing his way to enroll in college, he bumped into her, that day she was wearing a pair of glasses and a lovely sky blue dress when the strawberry ice-cream he was holding spilled on her. He was expecting her to yell at him or jab his shoulder but her mild reaction startled him and he picked that Apricot scent on her.
 
    After that day, they became great friends and his mate fell in love with him but unfortunately the werewolf had a pack to lead and a beautiful wolf betrothed to him by his father. His father, An Alpha would not buy into the excuse of his son having a human mate. He detested humans with passion, in his words; humans are weaker beings.
 
While his mate's father on the other hand had already arranged a husband for her from a very reputable family. Such allegiance would ensure that his businesses would never go down. When she refused to dance to her father's tone, he imprisoned her in the house and threatened to lock her up in a mental asylum; but her mate would not sit and watch her being maltreated by her human father, he successfully broke into her room and rescued her.
 
They immediately arranged a secret wedding with the moon and his best friend as their only witnesses. That beautiful night, they consummated their marriage under a full moon. This happy couple didn't know that the battle they had to fight would not only come from their parents but also the persons their parents had arranged to be their respective spouses. 
 
Alpha Gerald, the great king of Astrov being a vicious man decided to punish his son for going against him. 
 
One afternoon Alicia was taking a nap when her phone rang then she received a shocking news that shook her whole being and her life would not remain the same. 
 
Years later, the werewolf filled with rage seized his mate and forced her to work as his personal maid in his mansion. "You are mine and nothing can change that." He growled and grabbed her arm tightly causing her to shiver in fear.
