The soft ticks of the clock echoed throughout this creepy place, ew. I know that I got lucky that Ivan is working here, but why'd it have to be here?

I was then pulled out of my thoughts when I spotted a man gazing at the cameras on display, getting up from my seat I approached the man.

"Can I help you?" I asked watching the scruffy looking man shoot up and look at me with a crazed gaze.

The man just stared at me with a glare before moving away and towards the exit of the shop, not saying a word as he did so... Okay?

Turning around I spotted Ivan stood next to one of the shelves, staring at one of the taxidermied animals on display.

This made me smile, okay Enid you got this. Wednesday gave you this opportunity for her "investigation" which totally isn't just an excuse to be alone with Y/n.

I walked over to Ivan and stood at his side, before looking down to see he was staring at a taxidermied Rat and Squirrel, dressed up as a bride and groom. Creepy.

"Ohh, that gives me the heebie-jeebies." I said with a cringe of discomfort.

This made Ivan chuckle. "You never know, their marriage is what could've ended the war between rats and squirrels."

This made me smile with a furrow of my brows. "What makes you think they'd be at war?"

Ivan smiled as he gazed over at me. "Well their two different species, and from what we've experienced two differing species don't really work out well. I mean look at me and the she-devil Aeris."

I chuckled a bit. "Well let's hope the squirrel and rat war can come to a close." I joked, getting a chuckle from Ivan.

"Oh shit I forgot to say congrats on winning the poe cup, heard from Y/n that you guys won, pretty badass." Ivan said to me.

I let out an internal squeal of glee, Ivan thinks I'm badass! "Yeah, it was no biggie. If it wasn't for Wednesday joining our team we wouldn't have had the chance to win." I said with a smile.

Ivan returned the smile before gaining a thoughtful expression. "So, our roommates have been spending a lot of time together. Glad to see Y/n's got Wednesday's attention, a lotta people been interested in her."

I smiled a bit before remembering Y/n's situation. "How much do you know about Y/n?" I asked curiously, wondering if he knows as well.

"He's my boy." Ivan said as he went back to gazing at the animals. "When he first showed up it was just him and his mom, never spoke about his dad so I'm guessing he's not in the picture."

Ivan then looked at me. "Oh and ever since he's showed up stuff's been quite hectic. Guess trouble just seems to find him, but he's cool. Glad he's my roommate." Ivan concluded.

So he doesn't know that Y/n's dying... It's just me and Weems... Y/n.

Ivan gazed back at the taxidermied animals before spotting a poor puppy that was taxidermied. "Hey, by the way." He gazed back over at me.

"You wolf out yet?" Ivans question made me look away out of embarrassment. "Y-Yeah totally." I said sounding not so convincing before I let out a sigh. "No..."

This made him let out a hum of intrigue. "I see, well if you'd like I'd be down to teach you how."

Oh. My. Gosh!!!!

"Really?" I tried my best to sound nonchalant about his proposal but failed as it came out obviously excited.

"Yeah, we could meet up tonight. There's supposed to be a blue moon tonight. It supposedly happens once every 24 years. Could help you with transforming." Ivan explained.
