AN:So I wanna apologize for not uploading this book in a whole month, I've been feeling burnout and haven't felt like writing. So cause of that I decided to make this chapter longer than I usually do.

A bell could be heard echoing in the distance as Xavier Thorpe ran along a stone path, he was out on his nightly jod.

Xavier continued to hog before he approached a set of stairs leading to the male Dormitory of Nevermore.

Xavier stepped into the dormitory building before quickly making his way up the stairs to the floor his room is on.

After a bit of walking down a hallway he finally makes it to his dorm room and unlocks it.

Stepping inside Xavier then closed the door behind him before moving across the room towards his bed, grabbing the towel he had placed on it before his run.

He then quickly walked into his bathroom and closed the door behind him to shower.

Meanwhile, across the room a window could be heard sliding open, Y/n L/n then could be seen climbing into the dorm room through the now opened window.

Thing was sat upon his shoulder as Wednesday demanded he go with Y/n.

"Of course I'm the one who has to break into Xavier Thorpe's dorm room while she investigates the library." Y/n quietly mumbled to Thing while listening to the sound of a shower curtain being drawn from within the bathroom.

Y/n Blackwell

"Okay, purple book. Where would you keep a purple book Rowan?" I mumbled to myself as I began to search around the room for a place books could've been kept.

First, I searched the desk. I threw open the drawers as Thing rummaged through the nearby bookshelf, all I could find though were school textbooks.

I then looked on top of the desk to see a book sat on top of it, interesting. I quickly gazed over to the bathroom door, still being able to hear the water from the shower.

"You won't mind if I take a quick peek right?" I spoke to myself before opening up what I suspected to be Xavier's sketch book.

Turns out I was correct, as inside the book I was met with drawings of strange looking creatures.

I continued to flip through the pages of drawings, hoping to find any sort of clue of the book I was searching for... Even if I didn't know what it looked like.

All I have is this image of a watermark Wednesday gave me.

I flipped one more page only to be met with a detailed drawing of Wednesday. Like Xavier had spent hours meticulously drawing and shaping to make sure it was accurate.

Oh, I don't think I was meant to see this... Kinda creepy.

"It's all he can really do." I heard the voice of Maverick before seeing him appear next to the desk leaning against the wall.

"I mean the creeps got no game, so all he can do is draw and fantasize. How sad." Maverick insulted with a smirk as he took a drag off the cigarette sat between his lips.

I shook my head and flipped to the next page and am met with an interesting drawing, it's of me... It looks like I'm in the quad.

In the drawing I'm holding the burning chain and in front of me is a large creature shrouded in darkness, all that was visible was its eyes and its claws gripping what looked like a large doorway.
