SANA'S POV

The event was very elegant to be in. I was so honored to be always invited every year, and it's such a shame to attend for the first time.

Momo and Mina are spending their time with Tzuyu's bestfriends. While I am here smiling to guests and having small talks to whoever come over.

"Sana noona... want some drinks?" Tzuyu asked.

"Sure..." I said and stood up to follow him to the bar area.

He ordered a margarita for me and he ordered a whiskey for himself.

"How's the first timer in this event?" He asked.

"It's so great... I regretted being so busy every year..." I said making him laugh.

"You should make this date free all the time from now on... I'm expecting to see you every year..." He said.

"I'll make sure to keep this date free until you have your grandchildren and step down as a chairman.

"That'll take 60 years... I'm scared you can't fulfill that..." He said.

"I promise Tzuyu... even if Nayeon and I fight over something big... I'll always be present." I said.

"Thank you, noona..." He said.

We shared a few drinks together and I stopped taking alcoholic drinks when I started to get extra flirty.

"Stick with me..." He said when he noticed that our friends have their own world.

He held my hand and cling it to his arm as we walk towards a few businessmen.

"Mr. Chou... I didn't know you and Ms. Sana are dating..." One of his business partners said.

"No, we're not dating... But she's a good friend of mine... Anyway... I think Mr. Kim is looking for me... Please, enjoy your night." Tzuyu said and pulled me to walk away from the man.

I heard him breathe out and I couldn't stop my laughs for how fake his conversations are.

"Businessmen are hard to deal with..." I said.

"Are you insinuating that I am hard to deal with?" He asked.

"No... I mean... The others... Not all..." I said and he laughed.

"I'm just kidding... And it's true... businessmen are hard to deal with... If you don't know how to read their mood, you will never know that they're faking it." He said.

"Among all of those men you talked to... Who are the ones faking a good conversation?" I asked.

"All of them..." He said.

"You're kidding." I said.

"I'm not lying... Business is all about flowery words... It's crab mentality... May the best crab wins the race..." He said making me laugh again.

"You know... You're not that bad as Nayeon would describe..." I said.

"I'm just rude to her... But I am a softie." He said.

"I can see that..." I said.

We then sat back down on the bar area and he ordered more drinks.

The venue slowly became quiet and when it was just a few people left, and it's mostly his closest people, he announced that the party is over and we can all go home.

"Tzuyu! I know you're hungry after the event... Let's grab some dinner..." The girl named Jihyo said making Tzuyu pull my hand again to cling on his arm.

"I uh... I have to pack my things for my business meeting tomorrow... It's overseas, so I can't forget anything important..." He said.

"Oh... I see... Did you have fun tonight?" Jihyo asked.

"I did... so much fun... thank you for helping me organize this event... the venue was extravagant..." He said using his business talks voice.

"It's nothing... I told you, Tzuyu... everything I can do for you..." Jihyo said.

I tried my best to hide my laugh because Tzuyu is faking another conversation.

"We'll go ahead... thank you for everything... if there's something we need to settle, just contact my secretary... he'll handle everything for me..." Tzuyu said and pulled me towards Nayeon unnie's table.

"God... when will she realize that I don't like her?" He asked making me laugh.

"She'll soon realize it... by the way you hold my hand... I'm sure she's getting a hint..." I said.

"Oh... sorry..." He said and loosen the grip on my hand.

I just smiled and stopped walking when we were next to Nayeon unnie.

"Are you hungry? I'm hungry... I want some hotpot..." Tzuyu told Nayeon unnie.

"I need to drive Bambam home... he got a little too happy with the drinks..." She said.

"Fine... we'll follow you..." Tzuyu said.

"We?" Nayeon unnie asked.

"With Sana noona..." Tzuyu said making me look at him.

"I think we've spent too much time together for the night, Tzu..." I said.

"Don't you want hotpot? I'm sure you're not that full with the food served earlier... everyone is just saying that they are full, but they really think about what people will say if they eat too much." Tzuyu said.

"Fine... I'm really hungry." I said.

"Good... let's have hotpot..." Tzuyu said and led us to his car.

Nayeon and Bambam used Bambam's car and Tzuyu and I followed them.

"Are you sure you can drive? You drink alcohol earlier..." I said.

"To tell you the secret... all of my orders are non-alcoholic... I can't risk my drunk self talking to businessmen... I might tell them the truth that their investments are just fake investments and the company can stand on its own..." He said making me laugh again.

"Oh my God, Tzuyu... I never expected everything I learned from you today..." I said.

"I'm glad I made you happy for tonight..." He said.

"Yeah... I'm also glad I got to spend time with you..." I said.

We had hotpot and finished eating around midnight.

"Before we drop you off, Noona... can I pass by somewhere first? I haven't got the time to pass by earlier this morning..." He said.

"Sure... I don't have work anyways..." I said and he nodded.

"Only mom got to pass by earlier?" Nayeon asked Tzuyu and he nodded.

The mood changed, and it was so quiet in the car. I know it's Tzuyu's father they are talking about, and I understand why they are so quiet right now.

We passed by the tomb of his father and it's the first time I saw Tzuyu crying like he's about to break everything.

Nayeon unnie and I got to calm him down after a few minutes and he drove me home.

I do think Tzuyu has a very soft spot, especially with his family. I don't blame him, I'd react the same way if something like that happens to my parents. Worst... my parents die to save me.
