Olivia exits the home with Emily just as Leah had shifted and ran off and offers her sister an awkward, tense smile. She didn't know if she and her sister would ever be as close as they once were.

"Fun, isn't she?" Jacob sarcastically comments.

Emily gives the Swan sister a hug as Sam nods hello. "Bella... Hi. Hey. I was wondering when we'd see your face around here again."

"Yeah, same here." Bella awkwardly nods.

"Sam, we're good?" Jacob questions the Alpha. Olivia winces as she realizes Jacob is probably the one who told Bella. She hadn't seen Jasper since the treaty line incident and she wasn't sure what to say about it.

"We're good. She won't be getting through our line anytime soon." Sam confidently tells the man.

Right behind him Olivia is making faces and overly dramatic gestures like puffing out her chest or flexing her arms and Emily giggles. Hearing this, Sam turns around and raises an amused brow at Olivia who sheepishly looks away. "Mhm." He grunts and shakes his head.

"I am going to take Olivia home." Emily informs Sam and he nods.

"Are you ever going to get your license?" Jake's lips quirk as he questions the girl.

"I hope not." Sam scoffs and Olivia smacks his arm in retaliation.

"Olivia, get up!'" Edward slightly shakes the girl.

Olivia groans and smacks his arm away. "What the hell?"

"You have to get up. We need to leave the house." He urgently tells her again.

Groggily sitting up Olivia rubs her eyes. "Why are you in my room?"

Edward grunts in annoyance and throws her her jacket. "Let's go."

"I am not going anywhere with you, I am sleeping." She glares at him, angry he had woken her up at god knows what time.

"Someone has been in your house, someone was in here. In your room." He spits out, anger engulfing his at the thought of his protected in danger.

With her eyes finally adjusting from the sleep she notices his eyes several shades darker than they usually are and finally takes in the reality of the situation. "Oh, ok. Getting up."

Olivia sits on the couch in the Cullen's living room in the middle of the night half asleep, barely listening to the conversation going on.

"Who was it? Someone we know?" Alice questions.

Edward shakes his head as he paces. "Just a stranger. I didn't recognize his scent."

"A nomad passing through?" Esme questions slightly hopeful.

"A passer-by wouldn't have left Bella's father alive or Olivia." Rosalie immediately disagrees.
