Chapter 2 : Let Us Try

Sasuke's flood of thoughts broke when he heard the voice of tsuchikage.

"How can we trust him? He is S rank rogue ninja and killed countless people".

"Yes he did, but most of them were the enemies of five nations, we atlea-" Kakashi's words were cut off by Sasuke.

" You don't have to argue about them Kakashi, They are the reason the shinobi world rotten like this".

"Shut up uchiha!" raikage shouted.

"Raikage you really want me cut your head off, then come at me let's see what the five kages got " Sasuke replied coldly.

Naruto woke up from the shout and find himself on Sakura's lap and surrounded by his friends. Naruto sits up which made everyone look at him.

"Are you alright Naruto " Gaara asked concernly.

"I'm fine, but what is all the shouting going on ". Naruto asked.

"The five kages want to challenge me Naruto, and here I thought you are the only idiot in this world " Sasuke said jokingly.

Which made the five kages blood boiled.

Naruto know that not everyone can accept his friend's mistake and forgive, but he knows that no one can go against Sasuke, he will destroy them with ease and he don't want his friend's hand sooked in bloods again.

" I appreciate your concern kages, but at the current moment no one in this ninja realm can go against Sasuke, even the five shinobi nations combined can't take him down, i myself failed miserably and almost died, if he didn't rethink his decision I maybe not here anymore, so just give him a chance that's the only best option we have" Naruto explained.

" Your not that much of idiot Naruto like I think you are, and thank you for giving them a reality check before i would have gone for rampage" Sasuke said as small grin forms on his face.

"I am defending you because you understood your mistake teme, and don't insult the kages" Naruto said.

Sasuke sighed " whatever loser" .

The kages realised the situation all They are in, if they give don't give him a chance then he will take it by force. And there is nothing they can do to stop it. Their thoughts were stoped when Sasuke started.

"Hey loser, there is someone missing in this group, what happened to him? where is Neji ?".

Naruto and his friend's face darkened when they hear that name and for Hinata she was a brink of breaking down.

Sasuke read his answer from their face.

" I get it from all of your face , so what happened to him?".

"He died while protecting me and Hinata " Naruto replied in brink of tears.

Sasuke had thought and wanted to execute it so he asked

" Bring his body to me I think I could do something "

"What - "they all said in unison which also got the attention of five kages and Kakashi.

"What do you mean Sasuke? What are you upto?

Naruto asked with curiosity.

"Uchiha brat even you did something like that we won't accept you"raikage shouted.

" I don't want any your acceptance but he was one of our teammates and also a prodigy so I will do it myself " Sasuke said and raised his and with a shift motion Neji's body flew to his hands which made everyone startled. He placed Neji's body down and chanted.

"Rinne-Rebirth" with that a green energy formed around Neji . After sometime Neji opened his eyes slowly, he could feel his body and senses , he couldn't believe what happened to him, a while ago he got died and go to after life and now he is back to his body.

" You have so many questions in your head right now Neji so don't think hard just understand that your alive and kicking" Sasuke said with a smirk.

Neji looked back to Sasuke when he noticed Sasuke's Rinnegan and sensed his chakra. He just looked around to see the shocked face of kages, Kakashi and his friend's who looking him with teary eyes.

With a shift motion Lee and Tenten dive bombed Neji and hug him tight "we thought we lost you" Tenten said while hugging Neji.

Other joined behind, they all sat beside Neji.

Hinata took one of Neji's arms and cried her heart out, she know he sacrificed his life to protect her and she couldn't do anything about it.

"Hinata don't cry I am here okay, don't worry I won't do something like that again okay" Neji's tried to calm her down. Before hinata could say anything Sasuke started.

"And now kages ", he look at them and continue" were in a middle of battlefield if you guys want chant more stupidity then we can do it in the village okay ".

Before anyone could say anything Sasuke's Rinnegan already started to glow and from a swril of flames a black portal opened.

" This portal will take us to konoha, If you guys don't want to come then just say so, I'd rather be in my compound than talking shit to you all ". And with that Sasuke enter the portal leaving them behind.

"Kages I guess he has a point, we can't talk something like that in middle of knowhere, I know we can't just forgive everything he did but he said he wants to protect the shinobi world so I guess we can give him atleast a chance at this point there is nothing much we can do, he has the power to wipe out the entire shinobi world if he wanted , but he chose not that means we have a powerful shinobi in our disposal if any thing like kaguya ever shows up" Kakashi just explained the situation in there hand .

kages understood the situation and think unison ' Let us try '.

And with that kages Kakashi and the konoha 12 all walks into Sasuke's portal and in seconds they reached the gate of konoha .
