Chapter 5 : Understanding

Kakashi felt relief after Sasuke leave but was curious along with Tsunade and wanted to know what happened earlier. It took Shikamaru and Neji to explain them why Sasuke did all that. Tsunade was impressed that Sasuke someone who never even look at Hinata and still defend her, but felt sorrow for her student Sakura. Kakashi was angry about Naruto with what he said but as well as sorrow for Sakura's situation.

After some while Kakashi and Tsunade left the room and it became silent again anyone of them never wanted to speak with Sakura and Naruto.

Meanwhile Kakashi knew that if he let Sasuke on the mission in this kind of anger he would probably lose control and attack anyone and Kakashi never wanted Sasuke to have more blood on his hands.

At evening Sasuke came as he promised and bring the money with him. It took Kakashi to use all his manipulation techniques to change Sasuke's mind and even include Itachi's name which made Sasuke to guilt trip into his manipulation and accept to stay few more days until his anger clears.

Konoha 12 was discharged the very next day after the incident. Sakura and Naruto leaves together which made Hinata's heart sink down.
Everyone bid their byes to Hinata and Neji. They are now walking towards their compound. Hinata was in her thoughts she just want to meet Sasuke and ask him to be her friend. Will he accept me or not.

" What are you thinking about Hinata." Neji asked breaking Hinata's thoughts.

" I just was thinking about what If i ask Sasuke to be my friend will he accept or not." Hinata replied.

" I don't know what to say about it. I can't see through his head sometimes I feel like he is friend of sometimes an enemy, i don't know but I guess it's a worth trying." Neji reconcile.

" Let's try then". Hinata said as they entered their compound.

The morning coming up Sasuke woke up early as an experienced shinobi himself he knows when to wake up and do the daily routine. After having his tea Sasuke started to train as it was his daily routine. But he was never expecting someone was watching him.

It was a usual day for Hinata like before the war. After having breakfast with family she wanted to meet her friends. Neji being the prodigy and Hanabi being considered as the next successor because of Hinata was deemed unworthy of the title . She doesn't have to much to do so she had free time to spare.

After walking through the village and passing nearby the uchiha compound Hinata heard sounds of sword clashing and sensed a familiar chakra.

'No way!! Sasuke-kun should have left for the mission he was talking about it to hokage-sama.'
Hinata entered the uchiha compound and walked towards the chakra she sensing which lead her to the training ground. There he was training with his sword and shurikens. His sword was fused with lightning chakra. Hinata admitted Sasuke had a fine build body . Hinata's cheeks blushed by the thought of it.

' No what am I thinking ' Hinata had to clear her head. But to her surprise Sasuke spoke all of a sudden.

" Just come forward or I would use force."

Hinata gulped for a moment shiver run through her spine who is she fooling around Sasuke is an exceptional shinobi he may already picked up her chakra. So there is no point in hiding. But before she come out, in a flash she teleported infront of Sasuke.

Hinata felt overwhelming fear by just seeing the purple Rinnegan glowing.

" Hyuga! What are you doing in my compound." Sasuke shouted.

" Sasuke-kun I,,,,, I was,,, just pa,,, passing by." Hinata couldn't complete.

"And ". Sasuke was demanding for an answer.
