"But that's not all." Julia said. I looked down at my hands- I was so nervous. What were we about to do?

I looked up at Paul and Ringo. They looked nervous too.

"Julia-"

"No, Jude." she responded firmly.

"Maybe they don't want to hear it-"

"Dammit, Jude, they need to hear it!" I stayed quiet and braced myself. Everyone was getting worked up in the heat of the moment. George, John and Joan had just entered behind us, all white as a sheet.

"John and George are dead, Paul's love of his life dies, Ringo gets stepped all over after the band brakes up, Paul and John have a huge blowout fight that they never get to fix because John dies before they can, and the band breaks up after just ten years."

Now she's done it.

"What?" Paul mumbled. He was in shock- but boy was he angry. They all were. "No." he said. It was just the one word, nothing else. But it said a lot more than just 'no'. Somehow...it just did.

"I buried my face in my hands and quietly edged my way to my room. Julia was standing there, silently.

"Come here." I heard a voice. It was Joan, and she was beckoning all four Beatles to follow her. They were coming right in my direction. "Open the door, Jude."

"No."

She pushed past me and the four boys and I followed.

They stared in awe at the posters and Beatles memorabilia that I had organized around my room. They looked in awe at my Abbey Road poster and my stomach churned. The end means nothing but trouble.
