The Lost Princesses

CHAPTER 4

"okay so we're some how fairies, what now?" Yunjin couldn't help but be sarcastic about her words as she's so confused about their current situation.

"So, you guys are staying here until we find some use to you guys" jay walk towards yunjin and lifted her chin while saying those words straight to her face.

"Don't touch me, pretty face" yunjin slapped Jay's hands making him glare at her.

"What the hell even happened to all our stuff?" Yunjin then had another outburst of questions.

"Oh you mean those rubbish? I never expected a princess like you to have such a lame taste" Jay playfully smirked while yunjin explode with anger.

"Uh excuse me those aren't rubbish and my taste is not lame, it's you who's outdated just like your age" that was yunjin's final straw, as soon as jay made a comment about her fashion she lost it.

"Uh, we're just the same age" jay rolled his eyes.

"Whatever" yunjin crossed her arms and turned her back to jay.

Amidst the endless bickering and chaos that the two have brought upon, an even bigger chaos has began stirring outside the palace beyond their knowledge.

"Prince, my prince…" a knight runs forward towards heesung bearing a very bad news.

"Wait, you're a prince?" Shock was visible towards the girl's faces.

"Yes, and so are we" jay then proceeded to throw a wink at them.

"What is it?" Heesung worriedly asked the knight what happened.

"Bad news your highness, Aether has been attacked" the knight reported and the princes went into shock at what they heard.

"What? How's that possible? Did anybody got hurt?" Sunoo's face darkens as he asked those questions.

"A small number was injured and a few died but all in all they are safe, they are currently repairing the barrier" the knight reported.

"Okay, you may go now" as soon as the night left the princes turn around to look at the girls.

"I don't understand, I'm crying but why?" Eunchae mumbled just enough for everybody to hear.

"That may be because aether is your home" heesung replied.

"A letter has come along with the Knight's report" heesung took out a letter from his pocket.

"What does it say? Do they want them back?" Jungwon curiously asked.

"No, it's quite the opposite actually. The letter stated the king's plea to let their daughter's stay at Eiros to be protected by us" heesung replied.

"I thought they would want them back to make them protect aether once more like how they did in the past" Jake blabbed.

"They're aware that they do not recall anything nor have the knowledge on how to use their powers. And about them protecting aether in the past. It was never the king's orders, it was actually against the king's will to let his precious daughter's fight, that is probably why he's choosing to let them stay here" heesung added.

"Another thing that was stated in the letter was to go to the communication room"

"Wait, what's a communication room?" Jake turned his head shock by his new found discovery.

"Do we even have one?" Sung Hoon added.

"Follow me" heesung leads the way to an old abandoned hallway in the far east of the castle.

"Wait, how come we never knew about this place" Niki asked.

"Because it has been abandoned for over thousands of years ago" heesung replied to Niki.

"Why? There must be a reason why such a big part of this castle has been abandoned" sunoo curiously asked as he looks over the abandoned castle.

"Because this was the castle that the people of Aether use to reside in" heesung replied in a low tone.

"How come you know all of this?" Jake asked.

"Because I'm the crown prince. No, actually if you guys pay more attention in history classes then you will have also known" heesung just brushed him off and walk towards an abandoned device that looks like a mirror.

"This must be it" heesung pointed at the mirror like device.

"Okay but how do we use it?" Yunjin asked.

"By putting this in, it also came with the letter" heesung took out a crystal and put in the empty carvings on the bottom of the communication device.

Suddenly the communication device lights up and images of people can be seen in it.

"Whoa that looks just like a big cellphone" yunjin exclaimed.

"Oh my goodness, our daughters. They're alive, I have been waiting for this day for so long" a middle aged woman whose appearance are still on it's youth suddenly said.

"Darling, they really have come back to us" the middle age man then agreed to his wife.

"Are they…" zuha couldn't finish her sentence as she felt a lump in her throat and the pool of water that began to swell up in her eyes.

"Yes, you're very well right. Let me introduce to you, the king and queen of Aether, Also your parents" heesung pointed at the communication device.

"Your majesty's I know our clan's our not in good terms but may I asked who attacked aether?" Heesung didn't hesitate and asked the question that he had been pondering over since earlier.

"It's the anamesos, they have come back to eliminate us" the king said coldly.

"Anamesos? Aren't they just a myth?" Niki could not believe what he was hearing.

"They are real, for a very long time they have been real and now they have come back to seek their revenge on us" the seven princes was shock to believe that the myths that they once used to hear as a bedtime story are actually real and are coming for their lives.

"In a few days I will be going to Eiros myself to talk to your father" the king bravely said.

"Did I just heard him right?" Jungwon covered his mouth in shock.

"The king of our long term enemy is coming to our territory, this must be a nightmare" jake pretends to faint.

"I think it's about time that Aether and Eiros join forces like how they used to"
