[The episode begins where it left off in the Millennium center. Sensei and the students start coming up with the plan to enter New Eridu City.]

- "It's time to come up with the operation plan."
Noa: Everyone, before we begin pre-planning, let's go over the facts about who we are up against, starting with the Divi:Sion and its goal.
Himari: Good thinking Noa-san, a refresher will be nice. From what we previously understood, the Divi:Sion is the AI of the Nameless Guardians and the byproduct of the Nameless Priests, the group who once existed in the world with one goal in mind, the destruction of Kivotos. They were also responsible for the Ark of Atra-Hasis, our first encounter of a world-ending calamity. As it stands, Kei is operating on her original purpose to destroy Kivotos by bringing about the Ark of Atra-Hasis to the city once again by using the resources rested in the Fortress City, Eridu. A city built by our selfish President in hopes of thwarting the end of the world, along with several automated defense drones and security bots.
Momoi: Eridu... the same place the final boss of the Seminar lives in.
Yuuka: You mean President Rio?
Momoi: Yep, she kidnapped Arisu and called her a Demon Lord! It's because of her that Sensei and everyone headed to Eridu to stop her.
Yuuka: That was in the past.
Momoi: Speaking of, how come Eridu is still functioning? I thought the Seminar had a hand in constructing it.
Yuuka: Absolutely not! She embezzled funds behind the Seminar's back. Also, President Rio built the city in secret way earlier than the start of the school year, so it probably why it's already finished.
Noa: However, it is quite odd. Although the President has taken the funds, it appears all the data on New Eridu hasn't been deleted. It must have something to do with her missing in action.
Eimi: ...President Rio has been off the radar since everyone regained their memories. Last I checked, she doesn't appear to be in the school or in New Eridu.
Momoi: She's not?
Eimi: President Himari failed to mention it, but she's been secretly searching for Rio and Toki since the start of the "repeat phenomenon." She also asked the C&C to help with the search too.
