Chapter 3- Tsuguko

The next morning, as you made your way to the house the crow was talking about, you met a boy on his knees, latching onto the girl's leg and begging her to marry him.

"Please marry me, please marry me, please marry me!" The boy repeatedly asked

"Hey! Get off that girl!" Tanjiro yelled.

The yellow-haired boy did not listen, so Tanjiro went up to him and pulled him away from the girl. The girl immediately shot a rejection when he was off her leg. You giggled at this silly commotion. The boy started blaming Tanjiro for his ruined marriage prospects. Tanjiro gave him a disgusted look while you were laughing even harder. He finally introduced himself as Zenitsu Agastsuma.

"I'm Kamado Tanjiro, and this is L/n Y/n," Tanjiro introduced with a smile. "Would you like to join us in our mission?"

Zenitsu nodded aggressively and got up to join the team that is now on its way to the house. The three of you stood in front of the house. Tanjiro looked at Zenitsu and said, "I have a broken rib, so I might not be in my best form to protect you." Zenitsu looked at you; you looked away and informed him, "I accidentally sprained a muscle in my chest area."

Zenitsu led out a cry sound, hearing the injuries the both of you had before he looked to his right upon hearing an actual cry. There were two kids: a younger girl and an older boy, crying their eyes out. Tanjiro walked towards them; maybe he could get some information from them. "Hey, look at this; this is a robin. Isn't he very cute?" Tanjiro said, trying to calm the kids down.

The kids calmed down, and Tanjiro asked what happened, and they said a demon took their brother. Right, at that time, as he was about to ask more. Everyone heard screaming from the house. Afterwards, a body flew out, and it said its last words, "Am I finally going to die?"

"Is that your brother?" Tanjiro asked.

"No, he wears an orange haori," the girl replied. Tanjiro placed down the bag with Nezuko inside it beside the kids.

"In any bad situation, this box will protect you," Tanjiro reassured the kids.

He went into the house with you and Zenitsu. A few minutes later, the kids ran in and stammering their words, "The box started moving! So we ran in!"

Before any of you could respond, the room suddenly flipped, and Zenitsu and Tanjiro, along with you, got separated into the different rooms; you were with Tanjiro while Zenitsu was with the brother. Tanjiro was able to protect the girl along with you fighting. Both of you kept going into rooms until both of you found their brother. The brother was scared until the girl called for him. The brother told what happened to him, saying his blood is rare and that a lot of demons like to eat him. Tanjiro went off to find the demon while you stayed behind to protect in case of incoming demons. After a few minutes, Tanjiro was back with wounds and brought everyone out together.

"Hey! Don't hurt Zenitsu!" You exclaimed, seeing a bruised Zenitsu shielding a box.

A while later, you found out that the boar guy's name was Inosuke Hashibira. Tanjiro and Inosuke fought with headbutts, and when Tanjiro knocked off the boar mask, he had the face of a pretty girl. You looked at his face in shock. What a pretty face! After Inosuke passed out, Tanjiro and the rest went into the house to collect the dead corpses and brought them out so that he could bury them and wish them well in the afterlife.

Inosuke suddenly woke up and shouted, "KAMBODO GONPAJIRO FIGHT ME!"

All of you ignored him and continued to collect corpses and bury them.

"Hey, Inosuke, come and help us," Tanjiro asked.

"No!" Inosuke replied.

"Did you know Tanjiro almost finished burying all the corpses inside?" You teased him when there were, in fact, three quarters more inside the house. After hearing what you said, Inosuke rushed in and took out many corpses, then buried them fast. "HA HA SHIPOJIRO, I DID MORE!" Inosuke shouted.
