In my past life, waiting was never a problem because I had friends who didn't know the importance of being on time; I swear I love them, but they need to fix that habit of theirs. But at this moment, waiting for Cheongsan and Suhyeok is quite killing me; the nervousness and the feeling of not being part of the group were unbearable.

"Why didn't you go to compete in archery? It was held today right?" Woojin asked. He was currently sitting in front of me, and I thought he was asking someone else, but the way he was looking at me proved that the question was directed towards me.

"I... don't know..." I answered with a low and hesitating voice.

I have nothing to tell him, so there's no point in lying.

He was about to say something but Daesu slapped him in the head. "Don't mind him [Y/N], he's just talking nonsense." was what Daesu said.

Though I was quite curious, I was still thankful that Daesu stepped in but that also means that this girl does archery and might be talented too.

"She got into an accident, remember?" Daesu whispered to his friend but it was still loud enough for me to hear.

"Accident?"

When Suhyeok went back, it was not a surprise for me that Cheongsan was not with him, but it was still disappointing since that also meant that he would meet Gwinam, who would be the cause of his death.

Before Suhyeok could do anything, I acted first. I gathered all the courage I had and went walking to Onjo's side. I handed her the mint candy that I found in my bag, and she slowly accepted my offer.

"He'll be fine, trust me."

"He never listens to me. He's never done what I said ever since we were kids. I told him not to go but he insisted." she said in a small and sad tone.

"I'm sorry, I should've brought him back," Suhyeok said from behind us; we both looked at him, and he spoke again. "I'm sure he's hiding somewhere safe."

I gave him a small reassuring smile as Onjo's attention went to the helicopters flying around the city.

My eyes then followed Onjo's figure who went to Joonyeong. "Joonyeong, didn't you say your science club made drones?" she asked.

"You want to look for Cheongsan using a drone?" he said back.

"Can't we?"

"We can but it's in the science club."

"We can go get it using the rope to climb back up, and there weren't any zombies in the supply room, so it'll be safe," I told everyone and hopped on the window to check on the upper floors.

Infected students can be seen in some windows, probably trying to follow the sound of the flying choppers; there is a high chance that some of them would randomly fall down the building, and it will be a sight to watch.

"What are you doing?" Suhyeok questioned with narrowed eyes while I sweatdrop. "I'm going with her," I said innocently. "I won't let you, I'll go."

"You went to the teacher's office already. You can't keep putting yourself in danger." Onjo dropped his offer and I nodded in agreement. "I agree; you stay here, Suhyeok; I'll go."

"No, I'll go with Onjo," Joonyeong said and I looked at him with betrayed eyes. "The drone wasn't completed, so we need a few more parts; I'll go so we can get what we need," he explained.
