The bell rings, I make eye contact with Calum and he smiles at me. He walks over to me and butterfly's rush in my stomach.
"Hey Hope time to go to class walk up with me?" He says
"Sure Calum" I say
We walk up to class and we talk about class we don't really have much to talk about.
I walk in and see that Miss Ponde isn't there so I go and sit at Michael's table he is next to Luke so I sit in front of them with a spare seat next to me.
"Hey michael" I say
"Hey Hope joining our table are we?" Michael says
"Yeah problem mate?" I say
"Not at all you know I love you" Michael says
"I know I know" I say
Then Calum comes up behind me and scares me in a flirty manner
"I'm sitting here hope" Calum says
"Sure go for it man" I say
We all sit talking and do no work for the two periods but Calum kept flirting with me.
"Guys I can't get the bus home with you's today" Michael says
"How not?" Luke asks
"Going to Lauren's" Michael says
"Getting in their with Lauren are we Michael?" I say
"Yeah I guess but keep your mouths shut" Michael says
"Hope come get the bus with me and Luke?" Calum asks
I normally walk home so I can have a smoke but I'm not about to pass up an opportunity to talk to Calum.
"Yeah sure" I say
"Don't you normally walk Hope?" Luke asks
"Yeah why do you walk Hope?" Calum asks
"Keep healthy" I say
I'm not telling any of them that I smoke they would all hate me.
"Okay yay bus" Calum says
Us three walk to the bus stop and get on. We go up the back and I see a deadly sight, Mackenzie Is there. I've never spoke to Mackenzie but I think we have mutual hatred because of all the dirty looks I give her.
"Hey cuz" Luke says
"Hey Luke, hey calum" Mackenzie says
"Hey! This is Hope" Calum says
"Hi hope!" Mackenzie says
"...hi" I say in a sad tone
I sit next to Calum but Mackenzie is in front and talking to Calum I just sit there looking sad. I get off the bus and go and sit in the local park. I feel down Mackenzie is nice person but nothing I can do.
PING
My phone goes.
Calum - "Hey are you okay? You seemed upset on the bus xx"
Me - "Yeah I'm okay I'm just a bit upset about family and stuff xx"
Calum - "that's not good I hope it gets sorted, you okay want some company?xxx"
Me - "I'm at the park I cba going home :/ xxx"
Calum - "aren't you a bit cold? Want me to come meet you?xxxx"
Me - "sure why not xxxx"
Calum - "I'll be there soon xxxx"
Me - "okay see you soon :)xxxx"
Calum is coming to meet me omg I need to look good. I brush my hair and sort my eye-makeup.
