Welcome back to another part of the avatar review. Last time I talked about my favorite character Katara. And today, we'll be looking Into Aang.. the avatar himself...which was played by Gordon Cormier.

First off,I just wanna say that Netflix did an amazing job with the casting. The live action and the original Aang almost look alike...they did an amazing job with him.

But what I didn't like how they took out that happy and goofy character he had

But what I didn't like how they took out that happy and goofy character he had. He could portray the bending quite well,but...like Katara...he was also a bit emotionless.

And most of the time, it's like whenever he kinda gets screen time... he's always talking about how he has a responsibility and he failed...and that was quite unlike the original character. The Aang I know and love was funny,goofy...and amazing with making faces. And also Netflix did an amazing job with appa his sky bison. They really put in the work with brining appa and momo his side pet to live.

Also, they did an amazing job with his costume...unlike the first live action movie we got ...ugh 😭. His marking on his head, hands and legs were also on point. I can't thank Netflix enough for what they did with his costume. But I really hope in the next season they give him more emotion and more chemistry with katara. But if Aang and katara don't become a couple in this live action series...we Gon have a serious problem....

Second thing we're gonna look at is Sokka...which was played by Ian Luke Ousley.

And Like all the other characters...I adore what they did with his costume. But I hate how they made him so serious...what is it with Netflix and taking out their emotions. 😭 He was just serious and I hated that. Personally,he probably be the last in my favorite characters in the book...but I still love him.

Now, let's look at Zuko who was played by Dallas Liu.

And I have to say...this was one of the most perfect casting in the entire series. The face shape, body type and everything was on point.

They made him a little sassy

They made him a little sassy....and it was like he was kinda the only character who displayed much emotion. I really give it to them on what they did with this character. And Dallas Liu did a great job portraying Zuko. He really portrayed his conflict and drive as a character...and plus..he was handsome...even with the scar.

And ooh... let's look at uncle Iroh...oooooh! Who has played by Paul sun-hyung...they did an amazing job!. His care for Zuko was well portrayed. And his strengths as well. I also like the relationship between Zuko and Iroh. They did a great job with portraying their relationship..... it's even possible they had a better relationship than in the cartoon... just a little.

Now, let's look at Azula who was played by Elizabeth yu.

Now,a lot of people had concerns regarding this character because we'll

Now,a lot of people had concerns regarding this character because we'll...she was chubby. So people were like...how is she gonna perform all those stunts and fights that the original character had. And if you've watched the cartoon then I know you've seen those amazingly and well thought out fight scenes. And I hand it to her. She was as villainous as the original was. I absolutely love her and I feel she was the right choice for the character.

Well that'll be all for now...untill next time!.
