The next morning, Jungkook gently kissed Jin awake, brushing his lips softly against Jin's forehead. "Wake up, baby," he whispered, watching as Jin stirred, a sleepy smile spreading across his face.

After helping him freshen up, Jungkook prepared a light breakfast, making sure Jin had everything he loved. He watched with fondness as Jin ate, his tiredness evident in the way his eyes drooped. Before long, Jin's head dipped forward, and he fell back asleep at the table.

Jungkook chuckled softly, knowing how exhausting the night had been for them both. He carefully lifted Jin, cradling him in his arms, and laid him back down on the bed, tucking him in to ensure he was comfortable. With one last lingering look at his beautiful boyfriend, he quietly left the room, his heart swelling with affection.

Once in the basement, Jungkook found his two hyungs, Yoongi and Hoseok, waiting for him. They stood silently, their expressions cold and focused. Yoongi’s sharp gaze flicked toward Jungkook, while Hoseok crossed his arms, his usual bright demeanor replaced with something darker.

Kwang Taeseong, the man responsible for Jin’s pain, lay bound on the floor, his eyes blindfolded and his hands tightly secured. He squirmed and writhed, trying to make sense of his surroundings. His muffled attempts to speak were laced with panic, his voice trembling in fear. He had no idea where he was or who was in the room with him.

Jungkook smirked as he stepped forward, his boots echoing in the basement’s cold, dimly lit space. The sight of Taeseong struggling only fueled the fire of his fury. He had waited too long for this moment, to confront the man who had caused Jin so much pain.

Yoongi tilted his head toward Jungkook, his voice steady and emotionless. "You want to handle this yourself, or should we start first?"

Jungkook’s eyes never left Taeseong as he answered. "I’ll take it from here, hyung." He crouched down in front of Taeseong, his face dangerously calm. "Do you know who I am?" he asked, his voice dripping with cold malice.

Taeseong froze for a moment, his breathing quick and shallow. "Wh-who are you? Why am I here?" he stammered, blind to the danger he was in.

Jungkook chuckled darkly. "You’re here because you made the biggest mistake of your life. You touched something that doesn’t belong to you... someone precious to me."

Taeseong squirmed, confusion and fear overtaking him. "I-I don’t understand… what do you want?"

Jungkook’s smirk widened as he leaned closer, his voice a whisper against Taeseong’s ear. "You’ll understand soon enough... and by then, it’ll be too late for regrets."

Jungkook paced the dimly lit basement, his steps deliberate and slow, allowing the tension in the air to thicken. The faint light seeping through the small, grimy window only served to accentuate the darkness surrounding them. He finally stopped in front of Taeseong, who was still squirming on the cold, concrete floor, his fear palpable.

“Kim Seok Jin,” Jungkook began, his voice low and dangerous, “you must know him, right?” He leaned closer, eyes narrowing, watching the flicker of recognition cross Taeseong’s face.

“Y-yes, I know him…” Taeseong stammered, his voice shaking as he tried to piece together the situation. “What does he have to do with this?”

Jungkook smirked, satisfaction flooding through him. “Everything.” He leaned back, crossing his legs and settling into a chair across from Taeseong like a king surveying his realm. “You see, Jin is precious to me. He’s kind, sweet, and far too forgiving. But you… you had the audacity to hurt him.”
