Bold - Korea
While Renae was reading her book, she gets a text. It's from her boyfriend, Jiung. She gets super excited knowing it's been a few hours since they last talked. Renae goes to click on the message. She reads it and gets butterflies from it.
"Babeeeeeee call me I miss your face."
Renae bits her bottom lip blushing thinking of a response. "I've missed you too baby! I'm finna call you now." She sent the message smiling then went to go to call him.
The phone rings a couple times before it picks up and there Jiung is, on the other side of the screen. He looks exhausted, with eyebags and messy hair. It's only the afternoon over there but Renae knows he doesn't care about his looks right now. All he cares about is finally being able to talk to her after some hours of work. He can't help but to smile when he sees her face on his screen.
"There's my baby... oh I've missed you so much.." He says with a tired voice and smiles at her.
She see her handsome boyfriend on the other side. Renae starts smiling so hard her cheeks start to hurt. "Baby!!! I missed you so much!" Renae gets up from her bed and shuffles to her desk.
She said while looking at her boyfriend on the other side, she then notice his eye bags and messy hair and gets concerned.
"Baby who over there stressing you out? Want me to come and save you?" Renae laughed softly as she puts up her fists like she about to beat someone up. "Who ass do I gotta beat huh?"
He scoffs softly and chuckles before rolling his eyes. He can't help but smile even bigger, falling even more in love with every word she say. He goes to set up his phone on his desk to stretch. A bit of his stomach pokes out from his shirt, showing his abs.
"You have no idea.. I wish you were here with me to save me. We had to sing, dance, and do this for over 10 hours today... and I think I lost a few brain cells. You don't know how long I've been waiting to call you this afternoon. " He whines a bit before yawning, he sighs dramatically trying to gain her sympathy. He misses her a lot.
Renae chuckle softly as she sets the phone up on her desk. Renae grabs her silk scrunchie on the side and puts her afro up into a bun. Her laugh is like music to his ears.
"You don't know how tired I am.. It's like.." She looks over to her digital clock by her desk. It reads 1:00 AM.
"It's literally 1 in the morning right now! My goodness-" her yawning interrupted her last words then starts stretching for a while.
"But, I lost some brain cells too. I've seen yall vlogs on YouTube.. y'all are crazy. I know it's very stressful over there." Renae sighed softly, setting her chin on her hands. Her face makes small duck lips and Jiung laughs softly at the sight.
