Trigger Words: depictions of child abuse topics, talk about homophobic parents.

A little later that night...

Beau was tossing and turning, and he was having another nightmare about the night his parents died. Beau woke up with pools of tears in his eyes. He was breathing heavily, and he was starting to tear up with tears pouring down his face. The turtles were passed out in the living room. Beau started sobbing. Casey woke up and saw him, and hugged him.

"B, it's okay, what's wrong?" Casey asked.

"I had another nightmare," Beau cried.

"B, it's okay," Casey reassured.

Casey rubbed his back with a soft touch. Beau continued to cry, and Casey felt so bad for him. Donnie rubbed his eyes he woke up slowly. He saw Beau was upset and he was crying.

"Beau, what's wrong; are you okay?" Donnie asks.

Beau was crying and he looked at Donnie. He tried to avoid his eye contact.

"I'm fine," Beau denied."Beau, clearly you're upset, please. I want to help you," Donnie says.

Casey's face softened as he watched Donnie put Beau in a big brother hug. Donnie could feel Beau hug him.

"Sometimes I have nightmares about the night that my parents died, and it's my fault," Beau cried.

"No, it's not. They were small-minded people, and they shouldn't have disowned you, and if they couldn't accept you, then that is their loss. Not yours, if any of my brothers, April, Casey, or my sister came out to me as Gay, Lesbian, bisexual, or trans. I would accept them in a heartbeat, I could never disown any of my siblings," Donnie says.

Beau cried into him. Casey teared up a little bit. He knew Beau needed to hear that.Beau wiped his eyes. He grabbed Casey's hand and he smiled at him.

"Are you okay, B?" Casey asks."Yeah, I needed to hear that, I don't feel so much lighter now," Beau smiles.

Casey sighs in relief. "I told you it's not your fault, B," Casey smiles.

Casey hugged Beau in a tight hug.

"Jonesy, I miss my mom," Beau sighs.

"I miss my mom, too B," Casey sighs.

Donnie looked at Casey with an empathetic face. He's never heard Casey talk about his mom before so this was new for him. He saw Raph got up and put his hand on Casey's back.

"Why are you up?" Raph asked in a soft voice.

"I miss my mom, Raph," Casey teared up.

Beau hugged his best friend. Casey broke down sobbing. Leo and Mikey woke up. Leo was shocked at Casey's crying. Mikey hugged him tight.

"Casey, why are you crying?" Leo asked.

"Jones, it's okay, just do your breathing exercises once you let it out," Raph said in a soft voice.

Leo smiled at his younger brother's calm and kindness in his voice.Once Casey finally stopped crying. He did his breathing exercises. He was breathing in for 4 seconds and breathing out for 6. Raph rubbed his back with a soft touch as he breathed in and out. Mikey sat next to Beau for a few minutes while Donnie and Leo gave Casey hugs and reassuring words that he was going to be okay.

"Casey, why are you so sad?" Leo asked.

Casey stayed quiet as he looked over to Raph. Raph shrugged.

"Leo, can help, but that's your choice, Jones," Raph smiled.
