The Stra are making sure that all the mortals are living in a peaceful world and universe without any chaos in their galaxies and the Stra don't need to worry about the mortal beings becoming stronger than them but if a mortal was stronger or at least stronger than them.
They will allow it but some of the Stra don't want the mortals to grain any power or knowledge and to use it to their advantage, so some of the Stra will try to lead the mortals to chaos and get them into trouble but there is always the elder Stra watching the multiverse carefully before deciding to rather destroy or live that planet and universe alone, so the Stra known as the all-seeing eyes.
Their power cannot be matched by any other races or mortals. The Stra do not seek war, they seek peace in the multiverse and protect the weaker race from existence. The Stra hasn't fought a battle in over two billion years, so they might take a little bit of damage that's all, and the Stra doesn't even need to summon any weapons to fight or use any powers, they will just use their fists in the battle.
The Stra can shape-shift into any other race and travel to their home planet and universe or they can just watch from the sidelines and view the planet and see what the mortals are doing in their planet. Inside the home planet of Stra, they have ranking and which multiverse they should supervise.
