On the other side of the dimension, the Redlor and others still hold off the Chaos creatures until Kei arrives on the battlefield. Commander Teri is the only person who knows why Kei has not arrived on the battlefield. He knows that Kei wants to improve and sharpen her transformation as she always does.
Commander Teri was the first to sense Kei's power from afar, but he did not know what brand new transformation(s) she had unlocked or a new ability she had learned. One of the Stra leaders asked Commander Teri if Kei was coming or not while they were holding off the army of chaos creatures.
Commander Teri told one of the Stra leaders that she has not arrived yet and knows she cannot defeat these chaotic creatures by herself, so she is sharpening her new transformation while learning new abilities from The World.
They are trying to turn Kei into one of the strongest beings in the multiverse, so Kei has not yet returned to us. They wanted to sharpen Kei's brand-new transformation and teach her their abilities.
"Just give Kei a moment, and I know that she will return to the battlefield as strong as ever before, and she will defeat your monster" said Commander Teri
