Chapter 26: Hate.

TJ's P.O.V.
Chapter 26.

"Turn it off." I hear Kat say causing my head to snap up and stare at her in shock. She looked at us blankly before glancing at Max.

"Can you handle this?" She asks as he nods. She nods before looking at Bryan and asking for a ride. As they left Robert sighed and groaned.

"I think she'll try and run again." He mused as Morgan sighs and hugs him tightly, her head on his chest.

"She seems so fine, it's just a matter of time until she cracks." Morgan mumbles as Craig sighs.

"We should go, not much to do here anymore." Craig mumbles as we nod.

"I'll stay here, wait for Max." Tia mused with a small smile.

"Me too." Ronnie muttered as we nod. We all go back to the house and find Emma and Gaby sitting at the dining room table, looking over as Ayden, Leila and Spencer played just dance. The three babies slept in cots on the floor feet away from them.

"He actually died?" Gaby asks lowly as Craig nods and picks up his sleeping son.

"She had a choice, decided to unhook him from life support." He tells her as she cringes along with Emma.

"She doesn't deserve this." Gaby says as her voice cracks. Tears start to fall down her face as Emma starts to cry.

"How is she so fine?" Emma asks with a sob as Bryan walks towards us.

"She's not." He says as he hugs Emma to his side. She starts crying more as she hides herself in his chest. Gaby and Morgan were in a similar state though Morgan was more like Kat and had silent tears rolling down her cheeks which she would often wipe away furiously.

"What are we going to do?" Robert asks as Bryan shrugs.

"Mike and Mary are both on their way, hopefully one of them can get her to open the door, if not we can each give it a try." Bryan says as the front door opens. We turn to find the remaining Money siblings at the door. Mary looked distressed while Mike looked to be in shock.

"She still in her room?" Mike asks as we all nod. He heads up the stairs followed by Mary and Bryan as we stay back, listening as they knock on the door and try and get Kat to open it.

"Kat come on." Mike calls out as he grows frustrated. My eyes wander to where Ayden played with Spencer and Leila completely oblivious to his mother's disappearance.

"Do you think she'll open the door?" Gaby asks as Craig sighs and hugs her.

"No, she'll open the door when she can relate to someone behind it." Morgan says as Craig stands straighter.

"Jolie?" He asks as we glance at him. Gaby sighs and looks at us.

"Anyone else we know who lost a significant other, it's too soon for Jolie to do this." She says as Morgan nods.

"Andy." She states as we all look at her in shock.

"A lot of people don't know about her, she was the one before Kat, died after her appendix burst." Morgan says as we nod.

"I'll be back." She says as she leaves with her phone in hand. Soon after Ronnie, Max and Tia all come back.

"How is she?" Max asks as he hugs Emma close to him and kisses the top of her head.

"Locked in her room, won't come out." I mutter as Ayden notices his dad.

"Dad!" He calls happily as Max pulls away from Emma and picks up his son.
