Chapter 28: Green Twins.

Kat's P.O.V.

Chapter 28.

"Did you just lick my brothers nose?" I ask lamely as the couple splits up and Tia smiles sheepishly, a blush growing on her cheeks. Bryan laughs before moving his girlfriend off of his lap and smiling at me.

"How's the kid?" He asks as I smile.

"Fevers down." I answer as he nods. It's been over a month since we buried Alec, and lately it seems like all I've been doing is getting by.

"When did Max leave last night?" Tia asks as I sigh and sit down across from them.

"Like 1, he wouldn't go in the room when Ayden was puking but stayed until Ayden was asleep." I muse as Bryan laughs.

"Who knew he'd be such a dad." He mutters as I smile slightly.

"Kinda has to be." Tia mused as we nod. Mike enters the living room with a smile.

"This house is nice." He states happily as I smile.

"Thank you." I mumble as I look around. I had now finally moved in to the house Alec and I had bought before he died. The old home was now just sitting there, along with Alec's place which Brandi had moved out of.

"I love the whole one story thing." Tia says as I nod.

"The stairs where a drag." I mumble as she nods.

"Well deal with it, cause I'm not moving." Bryan states as I chuckle and Tia glares.

"Oh really?" She asks with a brow raised.

"Well, not yet." He mutters as Mike and I laugh. Both of my brothers had huge two story homes, though were always at Bryan's home because of the studio.

"Anyway, how's my niece?" Mike asks as I smile.

"Good, she's healthy, kicking a whole lot more." I muse as he smiles.

"Good, she better like me." He states as I roll my eyes.

"Ayden likes you." I assure him as he scoffs.

"He always runs to Bryan." Mike mumbles as I chuckle along with my older brother.

"Jealous Mike?" Bryan asks as I smirk.

"Of you, never." Mike states as my phone rings. I push myself up before heading to grab it, unplugging it from its charger and answering the phone.

"Yes Max." I answer as I sit down on one of the benches that were used as extra seating.

"Emma just went in to labor." He says through the phone.

"Really? Ok, I'll see if I can get someone to watch Ayden." I muse as I hear Emma cry from the background. The line goes dead before I turn to my brothers and Tia.

"Emma's in labor." I state causing Tia to squeal.

"My nephews are coming!" She yells as I smile.

"I'll stay with Ayden, you three can go." Mike says as I smile at him happily.

"Thank you." I say before hugging him and following after Bryan and Tia. The ride was filled with Tia's happy squeals and her wonder of what they'll look like. I was curious to see the little boys, the Green twins.

We sit in the waiting room, patiently waiting to meet the newest editions to our extended family. Spencer was with Gaby and Leila, Craig was with us at the waiting room.

Hours later we still sat, Tia growing irritated like she usually did. She never was a patient person.

"I want to see my nephews!" She exclaims as I roll my eyes along with Bryan who instead of calming her down was smiling brightly. Craig and Robert both looked tired and I was right behind them, my head on Afro's shoulder with my eyes closed trying to get some sleep. Just as my mind started to shut down, my bladder decided to wake up. With a groan I snap my eyes open and sigh.

"What's wrong?" Bryan asks in his usual older brother protectiveness.

"I have to pee." I grumble before pushing myself out of the chair, with Craig's help. I head to the restroom and empty my bladder before washing my hands and face, trying to wake my self up. I dry my face and hands before heading back to the waiting room.

"I'm here." Ronnie announces as he rushes to us with Willow in his hands, Desiree following him shyly.

"Still nothing?" Ronnie asks as I shake my head.

"Probably still in labor." I muse as he nods. I smile at Willow who giggles.

"Well hello gorgeous." I mumble as she laughs and holds her hands out.

"Kat!" She calls happily as I chuckle.

"There you go, finally learned my name you little munchkin." I state as she hides her face in my chest. I smile at the toddler who laid in my arms before adjusting her slightly so her head feel in the crook of my neck.

"She didn't sleep the whole ride here." Ronnie informs me as I nod and look at Desiree.

"It's nice to see you again." I state as she smiles and nods.

"The feelings mutual." She says as I smile at her and rock Willow slightly. Just then the doctors come out with Max in tow. He was smiling brightly obviously happy.

"I can bring a few people in, but if it's okay I just want Kat to come in for now." Max states as everyone nods. I hand Willow to Ronnie before following after Max, walking through the hallways and reaching a room where Emma lay.

"How you doing love?" I ask her as she smiles.

"Just a little tired." She mutters as she sits up straight. I smile at her as two nurses walk in, both with a clear crib in front of them.

"We wanted to introduce them to you first." Emma states as I smile. Max picks up the one in the first crib.

"This little guy was born first, his name is Archer Scott Green." He says as he places the newborn in my arms. He was pale like his parents and had a full head of hair. His hair was a light brown hair color and as he moved his lips around, I noticed one dimple on the left side of his lips.

I chuckle as I bounce him slightly before looking at Emma who held her hands out to take her son from me.

"And this one, was born three minutes later, Hunter Green." Max informs me as he lightly passes the next baby over. This one was slightly tanner then Archer, with a full head of black hair, most likely from the Green family.

"Does he not have a middle name?" I ask the couple as they glance at each other before nodding.

"He does actually, Hunter Alec Green." Emma states as I smile and glance at the baby who slept peacefully in my arms.

"It has a ring to it." I muse as I feel a tear fall down my face. Someone wipes it away causing me to look up.

I smile at Max who wraps a hand around my shoulders and kisses my forehead.

"We wanted you to be Archer's godmother, as funny as it sounds, he was our firstborn and you're our best friend, so it made sense." Emma mused as Max squeezed my shoulder.

"I'd be honoured." I mumble as I look in between the two newest editions to our extended family.

"They're beautiful." I muse as Max chuckles.

"Then I guess we made them right." He states causing Emma to smack his arm with her free arm. He chuckles and looks at his two sons.

"Talking about kids, how's my son?" He asks as I smile.

"Mike said he's awake and wants to see his brothers, but he has a slight fever." I mumble as I slowly place Hunter back in his bed.

"But he's better right?" Emma asks as I nod.

"Yeah, he'll be better in no time and then I can bring him to meet his brothers." I mutter as they nod. Eventually they let everyone else in to meet the two Green twins, gushing about the newest editions to the family.

And we wouldn't have it any other way.
