18. 'The changes...'

"Fa-Fallon! Calm down! Calm down! Please just calm down!" Felix came out of his trance, as he looked at the struggling to breathe Fallon.

"Why-Why did he do that!? He- Why am I... always the one... to be betrayed? What wrong have... have I... ever done!?" She cried, as Felix kept on trying to calm her down.

The guilt, the rage, he was feeling right now, he hadn't ever in life felt that. The amount of pain in his heart, cuz of being betrayed by his one and only brother, and cuz of seeing his one and only princess, suffering this much.

What do people even get after hurting others like that? How can they even think of smiling after ruining lives? How can humans be so inhumane? What's the reason they're called humans if they do this?

After almost ten minutes, Fallon couldn't calm down so Felix finally gave up on fulfilling Fallon's will, and called the doctors.

The doctors injected her an injection, checked her up and whatever, and than left.

Felix stared at her for a while, as he finally gave up and started to sob. The sobbings went on for half an hour.

After calming himself down, he left the room and went to the garden of the hospital, took his mobile out and called Jayden.

After two to three rings, he picked up, and as soon as he did, Felix started to shout, not caring about the looks he was receiving.

"YOU F****** PIECE OF SHIT WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL HAVE YOU DONE!?" Felix shouted in rage, as he heard a snicker from the other side.

"So you've finally got to know, huh?" Felix felt Jayden smirking. "I was actually waiting for this stupid call of yours."

"Jayden Adley... You've got to stop yourself right this moment! None of this would be good for you YOU BLOODY BASTARD!" Felix shouted, his tears falling.

"Shut with the shouting, dude." Jayden hissed.

"Listen, Jayden... It's-It's Adley behind all this, right? You- Tell me you're blackmailed! Please!" Felix cried.

"Oh well, would it become reality if I say that?" Jayden chuckled. "You see, I've always wanted this. And now, I've finally achieved it. Let me be happy for once, dude."

"What?" Felix tried to process everything.

"What what? Fallon didn't tell you? Oh! So bad! Maybe she's still trying to breathe, huh?" Jayden laughed.

"What- How do you know!?" Felix looked around, trying to make sure he isn't trailing them.

"Ah... You didn't know, right? She has past traumas and when something related to that happens, she can't breathe. And lately..." Jayden stopped, as Felix could feel his smirk through the phone. "... Many things related to her past happened."

"JAYDEN ADLEY!" Felix shouted, knowing what Jayden means.

And before he could get any reply, the phone disconnected.

"YOU JERKFACE!" He shouted at the phone, as he stumbled on his feet, trying bis best to control his tears.

Why... Just why does this always happen to me? What have I ever done to deserve this? Is this really the end of everything? All I've ever done for them, this is the result I get?

No other thoughts roamed around his head for now. He couldn't process anything. Nothing at all.

The feeling we get after finding out, that the people we trusted blindly, proved us that we're actually blind, is the most vulnerable feeling we can have all our lives, and you know what? It's the most common nowadays.
