Before we begin, some housekeeping:

1. This story features main characters and an ensemble cast from both Alette and For Jakob. You will need to read both of those to be in the loop, however there will be small introductions for the main characters, so it's not necessarily a must.

2. If Alette was book 1 and For Jakob was book 2, this will be book 2.5; it will be shorter than both of those stories, and a little more fast paced.

3. Sebastien Struck will be in third person point of view, rather than first person like my previous two stories.

4. Please watch for time stamps and any indicators of time, as this story will jump around a little more than my previous two.

5. There will be moments where you will find the characters frustrating. This is completely fine, but please be patient because things will resolve themselves.

6. Med school is different around the world; I have adapted it based on a few different systems, to fit the narrative of the story. I am in no way saying that it will be an accurate portrayal. Just one that works for this story.

7. I use the term "cowboy" very loosely when it comes to Sebastien. What he actually does will be explained in the story. 

8. If at any point, there is a mistake in something with the characters, the plot, the way that things work etc., please give me a little nudge in the comments, and I'll fix it.

9. I have done my research for Josephine's character, however as I am not in med school, and I am also not a woman that looks like her, I am bound to make mistakes in my portrayal because I have not lived her experience. Constructive criticism is always welcome.
